Those events are quoted in advance and itemized alongside everything else, so nothing comes as a surprise. Tell us the date, the guest count and the venue, and we will price it plainly.

How booking works

• Share the basics. Send your date, venue, rough guest count and occasion through the booking form.
• Get your proposal. We reply within two business days with an itemized proposal. There is no charge and no obligation.
• Sign and set your count. After you sign, your guest count can go up but not down, so book your lowest expected count.
• Meet your team. A week before the event, you receive your host details and arrival time.
• Enjoy the day. We arrive one hour before start time to set up, host every guest, then pack out and clean up.
