Each of these has its own local team. That is the difference between a vendor who serves your city and one who drives to it.
Chicagoland
Home market
Chicago and every suburb around it, from the Wisconsin line to the Indiana border. This is where we are staffed deepest and where most of our events happen.
Indianapolis
Home market · staffed locally
The full metro and Hamilton County. We keep a team here rather than driving one down from Illinois, so there is no destination event fee.
Milwaukee
Home market · staffed locally
The metro, the North Shore and Waukesha County. Staffed locally, so a Wisconsin quote never arrives with a travel package attached.

Travelling outside our core areas
We regularly travel beyond the regions above for larger events, brand activations and destination weddings. Madison, Rockford, South Bend, Fort Wayne, Detroit, St. Louis and further are all possible.
Those bookings carry a flat destination event fee, quoted up front and itemised alongside everything else, so it never appears as a surprise on the invoice. Tell us the date, the headcount and the venue and we will price it honestly.

Service area questions
Do you charge a travel fee?
Not inside Chicagoland, the Indianapolis metro, the Milwaukee metro or Northwest Indiana. Those are our core service areas. Outside them we quote a flat destination event fee up front, itemised so nothing is a surprise.
My town is not on this list. Can you still come?
Almost certainly. These lists cover where we work most often, not the limit of where we go. Send us your address and date and we will confirm at quoting.
Are Indianapolis and Northwest Indiana the same service area?
No, and they are often confused. Northwest Indiana - Munster, Schererville, Crown Point, Valparaiso - is served from our Chicagoland side. Indianapolis is a separate home market with its own local team, roughly three hours away.
Do you travel outside these regions?
Yes, for larger events and activations. Madison, Rockford, South Bend, Detroit, St. Louis and further afield are all possible with a destination event fee. Tell us the date and headcount and we will quote it.
Can we come to you instead?
Yes. Our studio in Mokena hosts private groups, so the venue and the experience arrive in one booking. It is a good option for smaller groups and team offsites.
Does the experience change depending on where we are?
No. The same bars, the same authentic perfumery materials and the same trained hosts, whether you are in the Loop, in Carmel or in the Third Ward.
