How our corporate lip gloss bar works
First, each guest chooses their color or colors and builds their own test color. Next, when guests are happy with their shade, they build it themselves and hand it over to our team to pour into their tube.
Then we pour the color into a tube, cap it, and hand it back. The whole visit takes a few minutes, so the line keeps moving while the bar stays beautiful.
Every formula is made by hand in our New Lenox lab by Cheryl Gleason, our founder, who is a cosmetic formulator, as well as a trained perfumer and builds our lip color line in-house. The ingredients are also natural and cosmetic-safe.
Your brand color, in a tube
This is where a lip gloss bar becomes a brand activation. An activation is any hands-on experience that lets guests interact with your brand instead of just walking past it.
Brand-matched shade
We can match a lip color to your logo or campaign color, so guests literally wear your brand.
Custom labels
Tubes carry our label as standard, or yours with your logo or event name. Custom labels are ordered at booking and printed in advance, so allow about four weeks.
Branded signage
Station signs and the shade menu are styled to your palette.
Named shades
We can name the menu after your product line, your team, or your event.

Planning for your guest count
Our Lip Lab usually runs with two or three hosts. At that size, it serves about 200 guests over three hours. For a bigger room or a shorter window, we add hosts or pair the bar with a faster station, such as our corporate candy bar.
Many companies pair the lip gloss bar with our corporate perfume bar. Together, they spread guests across the room and give everyone two lovely things to take home.
We handle the corporate details
We provide a certificate of insurance, the proof of coverage most venues require, naming your venue. We also schedule dock times and coordinate with union labor at convention venues.
Our team arrives at least one hour before guests. In addition, we bring the bar, displays, and signage. You provide about 12 x 6 feet of floor space and two 6-foot tables, or we bring tables.

Every corporate lip gloss bar is quoted per event, so you pay only for what your event needs. Your quote reflects guest count, hours, staffing, and any brand matching or custom labels. Send us your date and headcount, and we will reply with an itemized proposal within two business days.

Can you match our exact brand color?
In most cases, yes. Send us your color code or a sample at booking, and we will mix a shade to match before your event.
Is it sanitary for a large crowd?
Yes. The colors are pumped out, so no cross contamination happens with the final product.
Are the ingredients safe?
Yes, because our lip color is formulated in our own lab with natural, cosmetic-safe ingredients. We are happy to provide full ingredient and allergen disclosures.
Does it work for mixed groups?
Yes, we offer clear, moisturizing balm for men. Additionally, guests can keep their shade soft and sheer, and many make one as a gift for someone at home.
How far ahead should we book?
Three to six months for corporate events. However, many holiday dates fill during late summer.
