From there, your quote is built from your guest count and your station choices. A small group at one station sits near the minimum. A bigger group with several stations costs more, because it takes more materials, more setup, and more hands.
How Much Does a Kids Spa Party Cost? The Two Main Factors

Guest count. Every child makes something to take home, so each guest adds to the materials and the hosting time.

What Is Included in the Kids Spa Party Price
Your quote covers more than the activities themselves. Here is what our team handles:
- Arriving one hour early to set up.
- Bringing linens for every table.
- Hosting each station for the whole party.
- Cleaning up before we leave.
Customized decor, personalized signage, mirrors, and florals are also available to finish the look.
Extras That Can Change Your Total
A few choices can raise the cost of a kids spa party. None of them are required, but it helps to know about them up front.
Extra hosts. For larger groups, extra hosts can be added. That keeps lines short and gives each child more attention.
Tables. Families provide tables, or we bring them for a small fee. Using your own kitchen and folding tables keeps that cost off your quote.
Decor. Personalized signage and themed styling are options, not musts. You are always welcome to style the tables yourself.
Book Your Lowest Expected Guest Count
This is the most important tip on the page. Guest count can go up after booking, but it cannot go down.
So book the number you are sure about. Then, as RSVPs come in, you can add guests. That way you are never paying for kids who do not come.
For example, if you are inviting the whole class but expect about half to come, book the smaller number first. You can always grow the list once replies are in.

Our mobile spa party pricing follows the same approach wherever you host: guest count and stations, with the $475 minimum. We come to your home anywhere in Chicagoland, Milwaukee, or Indianapolis, with local hosts in each market.
You can also host at our Mokena studio. It has a party room and a kitchen, and families can bring their own food. It is minutes from Homer Glen, Lockport, New Lenox, Frankfort, Orland Park, and Tinley Park.
