A larger Carmel Clay room runs $200 an hour on a Saturday plus tax. Three hours is over $600 before you've booked a single activity. Your dining room costs nothing and has no clock.
No capacity caps
Some community rooms limit groups to 30 during waterpark season. We size the team to your guest list instead, and we're not competing with a swim schedule for the space.
Party favors are built in
Every guest goes home with a custom perfume, lip gloss, body butter, scrub or bath soak they made. The activity and the favor are the same thing, so that's one less errand.

Built for how Indy families actually celebrate
Hamilton County has beautiful community rooms. It also has hourly rates, sales tax on top, Saturday premiums and seasonal capacity caps. We're the version without any of that.
We work the Indy metro most weekends — at-home spa parties and girls pamper parties across Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers and Westfield, and down into Meridian-Kessler, Butler-Tarkington and Broad Ripple. We arrive an hour early, set the station on a kitchen island or dining table, run the whole activity, and pack out with the table exactly as we found it. The calendar here is unlike anywhere else we work. May belongs to the 500 — the whole month reorganises around race weekend, and party bookings cluster before and after rather than during. Spring fills with Carmel Clay, Zionsville and Hamilton Southeastern birthdays and end-of-season team parties. Summer moves outdoors and around Grand Park tournament weekends in Westfield. Autumn brings the Zionsville Fall Festival, and December fills fast around the Carmel Christkindlmarkt. Book Indy Saturdays six to eight weeks out, longer in May and December.
One practical note: Indianapolis runs on Eastern Time. If you've dealt with vendors coming down from Chicago before, you'll know why that's worth confirming in writing — we put it on every proposal.

Most parents pick two or three stations, or one of our packages. Activities can run at once or one after another to keep the group together.
Prices are a base for up to 8 guests. Contact us for a proposal above 8 — we serve celebrations of every size. Every station includes all materials, take-home packaging, staffing, setup and cleanup. Single stations can be combined with a second station or an add-on to meet our $475 event minimum.

Six premium salts — mineral, foaming and Himalayan — blended into a custom 8oz bath soak with skin-safe fragrance, rose petals, lavender buds and calendula. Each guest also fragrances a body lotion and picks a handmade bath bomb.

A kitchen island, dining table, finished basement or backyard patio. We bring tables if you'd rather keep yours clear, and we work in everything from Village cottages in Zionsville to newer builds off 146th.
Monon Community Center
Rooms from 484 to 1,035 square feet, plus Wilfong Pavilion at Founders Park. Worth planning for: rates run $125–$200 per hour depending on room and day, 7% sales tax is added, and groups are capped at 30 during waterpark season.
Rentals & partiesZionsville Village
Small private event spaces along the brick Main Street, and community rooms through Zionsville Parks. A charming setting for a Sweet 16 — our Lip Lab Premium suits it particularly well.
Fishers & Westfield
Community rooms across Fishers and Westfield, plus hotel suites near Grand Park for out-of-town tournament weekends. Straightforward load-ins, and we coordinate with the venue on timing.
Country clubs
We work regularly at member clubs. Bring us in for a junior member event or a family celebration and we'll coordinate directly with your events team on load-in, timing and any insurance requirements.
City neighbourhoods
Older homes near the Monon, condos downtown and around Mass Ave. Tell us the floor, whether there's an elevator and what parking looks like on your block, and we'll plan the load-in.
Booked somewhere not listed? Tell us the address and your rental window when you inquire. We need a first-floor setup or elevator access, close parking for unloading, and warm water for any bath or skincare station.

Pricing, parties and packages
How much does a kids spa party cost in Indianapolis?
Parties start at $475. Individual stations run $375 to $600 for up to 8 guests, and packages run $675 to $895 for up to 8 guests.
Our most popular Indy booking, the Perfume & Lip Gloss package, is $795 for 8 guests. Glitter & Glow for younger children is $675. There are no travel fees, no service fees and no automatic gratuity — the number in your proposal is the number you pay.
Do we need to rent a party room?
No, and it's the main reason Indy families book us. Community rooms here rent by the hour, add sales tax on top, and often charge more on Saturdays. A larger Monon Community Center room is $200 an hour on a Saturday, so three hours plus tax is over $600 before you've booked a single activity.
Our whole party — materials, staffing, setup, cleanup and a take-home for every guest — starts at $475, and your dining room doesn't have a clock on it.
What time zone do you work in?
Eastern Time, the same as Indianapolis and Hamilton County. When we confirm an 11am start, we mean 11am your time, and it goes in writing on your proposal.
Worth saying plainly because we also serve Northwest Indiana, which runs on Central. If you've had a Chicago-based vendor turn up an hour out before, that's usually why.
Do you offer mini facials in Indiana?
Not yet. Our mini facials and the Kids Spa Duo are performed by Illinois licensed estheticians, and Indiana requires its own esthetician licence to perform facials or skincare treatments in the state. We won't offer a licensed service where we aren't licensed.
Everything else on this page is fully available across the Indy metro. The DIY Skincare Bar is the closest equivalent — guests blend and jar four of their own skincare products, which is a product-making activity rather than a treatment.
Can you do the party at our house, or do we need a venue?
At your house is what we're built for. A kitchen island, dining table, finished basement or backyard patio all work — no venue rental, no hourly rate, no sales tax on a room, and no capacity cap during waterpark season.
We do work at venues too. Carmel Clay rooms, Zionsville Village spaces, community rooms across Fishers and Westfield, and country clubs throughout Hamilton and Boone County are all places we set up.
Is it messy? We'd rather not redo the dining room.
This is the question we get most, and the honest answer is: less than you'd expect. Our stations are designed around contained pours and covered surfaces. We bring our own linens and protective coverings, and aprons are provided for the Lip Lab.
We arrive about an hour early, set up completely, run the activity, and pack out with the table as we found it. Cleanup is included in every price on this page.
What ages are these parties for?
Activities are designed for ages 7 and up, packages suit ages 8 and up, and we happily host children as young as 4.
For younger children we recommend Glitter & Glow, built for ages 5–10. Tweens gravitate to the skincare bar and Lip Lab. The Lip Lab Premium is designed for 16 and up, which makes it our most-booked Hamilton County Sweet 16 station.
Are party favors included, or do I need to buy those separately?
Included. Every guest leaves with what they made — a custom perfume, lip gloss, body butter, scrub, bath soak or candy bag, depending on your package, in a gift bag.
The activity and the favor are the same thing, so that's one line item off your list and one fewer trip to the party store.
Where in the Indy metro do you travel?
Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Geist, McCordsville, Brownsburg, Avon, Greenwood and Indianapolis proper — including Meridian-Kessler, Butler-Tarkington, Broad Ripple, Golden Hill, Crows Nest, downtown and Mass Ave.
That's Marion, Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks and Johnson counties, all with no travel fee.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks covers most Indy Saturdays. May books differently here than anywhere else we work — the month reorganises around race weekend, so parties cluster before and after rather than during. December fills fast around the Christkindlmarkt.
If your date is sooner, ask anyway. We sometimes have a team available.
How long does a party last, and how many hosts come?
Most run 1 to 2 hours depending on what you book. A single station or Sweet Lips is about 1–1.5 hours; two- and three-station packages run 1.5–2 hours. Setup and cleanup are included in that.
Staffing is set by guest count and ages. Children 12 and over work fairly independently; under 12 need more hands-on help, so we add hosts accordingly. A second host is added at 15 guests.
Are the products safe for children with sensitive skin?
All fragrance, skincare, bath and cosmetic materials are skin-safe, IFRA compliant and sourced from US suppliers. Everything is formulated, packed and hand-crafted in our New Lenox lab.
Ingredient lists are available in advance for any parent who wants to review them. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book and we'll plan around them — a child can always take their creation home without applying anything at the party.
