We've done the vendor paperwork before
Oak Brook runs on memberships. A lot of the parties we're asked about here aren't at home at all — they're at a club, a resort or a hotel suite, and the first question is always whether the vendor will be a problem for the events team.
Certificates of insurance
Provided as standard, at no charge, sent directly to your club or venue. Give us their contact and requirements when you book and we'll handle it without you chasing us.
Load-in windows
Tell us the service entrance, the dock, the elevator and the window we're allowed. We plan our arrival around your venue's schedule rather than the other way round.
Events directors
We're happy to talk to yours directly. Most of what they need — setup footprint, power, water access, pack-out time — we can answer in one call.
No catering conflict
We don't serve food and we don't compete with your club's F&B minimum. We run a station; your venue handles everything else.
A small village with unusually large options
Oak Brook has roughly eight thousand residents and more club, resort and conference space than towns five times its size. Wonderful for a wedding. Slightly odd for a ten-year-old's birthday.
So we work both ways here. At-home spa parties and girls pamper parties in Oak Brook homes, and station setups at clubs, resorts and hotel suites for families who'd rather host there. The calendar runs on Butler District 53 and, from ninth grade, Hinsdale Central. Spring fills with elementary and junior high birthdays and end-of-season team parties. Summer moves outdoors and around the polo season — the Oak Brook Polo Club has been running Sunday matches for close to a century, and a Sunday afternoon party plans around it. Autumn and winter bring tween sleepover add-ons, Hinsdale Central Sweet 16s and winter-break celebrations. Book Oak Brook Saturdays six to eight weeks out, longer in May and December.

Most parents pick two or three stations, or one of our packages. Activities can run at once or one after another to keep the group together.
Prices are a base for up to 8 guests. Contact us for a proposal above 8 — we serve celebrations of every size. Every station includes all materials, take-home packaging, staffing, setup and cleanup. Single stations can be combined with a second station or an add-on to meet our $475 event minimum.

Six premium salts — mineral, foaming and Himalayan — blended into a custom 8oz bath soak with skin-safe fragrance, rose petals, lavender buds and calendula. Each guest also fragrances a body lotion and picks a handmade bath bomb. Add the vintage cart, florals and ladder shelf for an elevated look.

Will you work at our club?
Yes, and we do it regularly. Send us your club's vendor requirements and your events director's contact when you book. We'll issue the certificate of insurance at no charge, confirm the load-in window and service entrance, and give them our setup footprint, power and water needs up front.
We don't serve food and we don't touch your club's food and beverage minimum. We run a station; the venue handles everything else.
How much does a kids spa party cost in Oak Brook?
Parties start at $475. Individual stations run $375 to $675 for up to 8 guests, and packages run $675 to $1,050 for up to 8 guests.
Our most popular Oak Brook booking, the Perfume & Lip Gloss package, is $795 for 8 guests. There are no travel fees, no service fees and no automatic gratuity — the number in your proposal is the number you pay, at home or at a venue.
Does it cost more to set up at a club or hotel than at home?
No. Our pricing is the same either way. What changes is the coordination, and that's on us rather than on your bill — the COI, the load-in window, the conversation with the events team.
The one thing to check is your venue's own charges. Room fees, service charges and food-and-beverage minimums are theirs, not ours, and they aren't included in our quote.
Can you do the party at our house instead?
Of course, and plenty of Oak Brook families prefer it. A kitchen island, dining room, lower level or terrace all work. We bring tables if you'd rather keep yours clear.
We need a first-floor setup or elevator access and somewhere close to unload, cleared of snow and ice in winter. Tell us about the driveway and where we can pull up when you book.
Is it messy? We'd rather not redo the dining room.
This is the question we get most, and the honest answer is: less than you'd expect. Our stations are designed around contained pours and covered surfaces. We bring our own linens and protective coverings, and aprons are provided for the Lip Lab.
We arrive about an hour early, set up completely, run the activity, and pack out with the table as we found it. Cleanup is included in every price on this page — and at a venue, we leave the room as their team expects it.
What ages are these parties for?
Activities are designed for ages 7 and up, packages suit ages 8 and up, and we happily host children as young as 4.
For younger children we recommend Glitter & Glow, built for ages 5–10. Tweens gravitate to the skincare bar and Lip Lab. The Lip Lab Premium is designed for 16 and up, which makes it our most-booked Hinsdale Central Sweet 16 station.
Are party favors included, or do I need to buy those separately?
Included. Every guest leaves with what they made — a custom perfume, lip gloss, body butter, scrub, bath soak or candy bag, depending on your package, in a gift bag.
The activity and the favor are the same thing, so that's one line item off your list and one fewer errand.

How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks covers most Oak Brook Saturdays. May and December book further out — end-of-school and holiday-break weekends are our busiest.
If your party is at a club or hotel, allow a little longer. Venue paperwork and load-in approvals can add a week or two at the front end.
How long does a party last, and how many hosts come?
Most run 1 to 2.5 hours depending on what you book. A single station or Sweet Lips is about 1–1.5 hours; two- and three-station packages run 1.5–2 hours; the Kids Spa Duo runs 2–2.5. Setup and cleanup are included in that.
Staffing is set by guest count and ages. Children 12 and over work fairly independently; under 12 need more hands-on help, so we add hosts accordingly. A second host is added at 15 guests.
Are the products safe for children with sensitive skin?
All fragrance, skincare, bath and cosmetic materials are skin-safe, IFRA compliant and sourced from US suppliers. Everything is formulated, packed and hand-crafted in our New Lenox lab.
Ingredient lists are available in advance for any parent who wants to review them. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book and we'll plan around them — a child can always take their creation home without applying anything at the party.
Can we combine this with a sleepover or another activity?
Often the best format for tweens. We run the station in the first 90 minutes while everyone's fresh, pack out, and leave you to the pizza, movie and sleepover. Guests have their creations to use that night.
At a club or hotel, we're equally happy to run the station before a meal so the room turns over cleanly for your venue's team.
