Adult perfume bars start at around $500, children’s parties from $475, and one-to-one fragrance consultations from $450. Every experience below can be booked on its own or combined, and we will tell you which combination we recommend. See full pricing.

The Perfume Bar

Guests blend a custom eau de parfum from our scent library and bottle it to take home. Our signature experience, and the one most events are built around.

We quote, itemized
Within two business days. Every line is visible, so you can remove anything you do not want. There is no charge and no obligation.
You confirm
Then we reserve the date, issue a certificate of insurance to your venue if one is needed, and start preparing your materials.
We arrive early
About an hour before you want to start. Afterward we pack out completely, with the space exactly as we found it.

Before you ask
Booking questions
How far in advance should I book?
Six to eight weeks for most Saturdays, and further for spring and December. However, weekday and Sunday dates are often available with much shorter notice. If your date is close, ask anyway — we can frequently make it work.
How much does it cost?
Adult perfume bars start at around $500, children’s parties from $475, and fragrance consultations from $450. Every event is quoted individually on guest count, stations, staffing and time on site. Full pricing is published here.
Do I have to pay to get a quote?
No, and there is no obligation. Quotes come back itemized so you can see every line and remove anything you do not want. Nothing is held until you confirm.
Can I book more than one experience?
Yes, and for larger rooms we usually recommend it. Because one station holds guests while another moves them, two together keep a room circulating. Tell us your guest count and we will say whether one is plenty.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No — not anywhere in Chicagoland, greater Milwaukee or the Indianapolis metro. Meanwhile we travel beyond those markets for larger bookings, quoted transparently in advance.
What do you need from my venue?
About 12 x 6 feet, two 6-foot tables and a standard outlet, though several stations run without power at all. Furthermore, we bring our own tables if yours are spoken for, and we issue certificates of insurance naming your venue at no charge.
What if my guest count changes?
Tell us and we reissue the quote. Therefore you see the new number before you agree to it. The figure on your proposal never changes without you seeing it first.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within two business days. Weekends are our busiest time and we are usually out at events, so an inquiry sent on a Saturday is answered early the following week. Meanwhile if your date is urgent, say so in the form and we will prioritize it.
Saturdays go furthest ahead
We take a limited number of events per date in each market, and spring and December fill first. Therefore it is worth asking early even if you are still deciding between dates. Nothing is held until you say so.
