Corporate events in Indianapolis that give guests something to do
Downtown convention space, Mass Ave venues and the Carmel and Fishers corporate corridor. We staff Indianapolis as a home market, not a road trip.
Indianapolis is one of the three markets where we keep a staffed team, which matters more than it sounds. It means we are not quoting you a travel package to drive a van down from Illinois for the day. It means we can scale hosts to a 400-person holiday party without importing every one of them.
The city's corporate calendar leans on downtown convention business, a strong Mass Ave and Bottleworks venue scene, and a substantial suburban corporate corridor through Carmel and Fishers. We work all three, and the right station changes depending on which one you are in.
Guests blend an original fragrance, mix a custom lip shade, or build a personalized skincare set, and they walk out with it. As a result, your entertainment budget and your guest gift budget become one line item instead of two.

Why interactive stations work when a bar and a buffet do not
The problem with most corporate events is not budget. It is structure.
A room with a bar and a buffet gives people two things to do, and both of them end quickly. So the same six colleagues cluster near the drinks, the quieter half of the company leaves early, and the event never quite gets going.
Interactive stations solve this for a simple reason. They give guests a task, a short line and a conversation starter. Someone from finance ends up debating vetiver versus vanilla with someone from engineering, which is the entire point of the event.
In addition, a station doubles as the favor. Rather than ordering 200 branded tumblers that end up in a drawer, your guests build something personal on site. Better still, it costs you one line item instead of two.
"Nobody remembers the centerpiece. They remember the thing they made and named themselves."Cheryl Gleason, Owner & Perfumer
The experiences
Five interactive stations for Indianapolis corporate events
Book one, or combine several. For anything over about 75 guests we usually recommend two, so multiple stations spread people across the room and lines stay short.
1. The Luxury Perfume Bar
Our most requested corporate stationGuests blend an original fragrance with a trained perfumer at their elbow. They choose a base, layer from 120+ notes, accords and blends, and we bottle it, label it with your logo, and send it home with them.
We formulate from real perfumery materials — absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils — not the pre-blended fragrance oils sold for candles and soap. Guests can smell the difference, and they ask about it constantly.
2. The Luxury Lip Lab
Fast, photogenic, easy to brandGuests design their own lip color, either a soft-matte lip cream or a high-shine gloss. Shades are mixed live from cosmetic pigments, shimmers and opacity adjusters, then poured and packaged on the spot.
For corporate bookings we can match a shade to your exact brand color, which is why this one shows up so often at product launches and trade show booths.
3. The Bath & Body Bar
Wellness days and appreciation eventsA styled apothecary spread where guests build a custom bath ritual from foaming salts, fine Himalayan salts, premium fragrance and botanicals such as rose petals and dried citrus.
Of all our stations, this is the one that reads most clearly as we know this quarter was hard. It also runs without power at most venues and moves quickly, so lines stay short.
4. The Skincare Bar
Executive events and smaller headcountsA guided consultation followed by a personalized take-home set built for each guest's skin. A trained formulator walks every guest through what each product actually does.
Because this is our most consultative experience, it suits smaller or more senior groups particularly well. For larger rooms, we pair it with a faster station.
5. The Luxury Candy Bar
High headcounts and short windowsPremium sweets in glass apothecary vessels and risers, styled to your brand palette, with custom-labeled take-home boxes.
It is our fastest station by a wide margin, so it is the right answer when the room is large and the window is short. We often run it near the entrance alongside a slower station.

On the ground
Where we work in Indianapolis
Downtown and suburban Indianapolis venues have different constraints. We plan for both.
Downtown convention and conference space
Trade activations, sponsor lounges and large corporate events. We coordinate dock windows and venue requirements directly.
Downtown hotel ballrooms
Holiday parties, awards nights and multi-department events with banquet teams used to outside vendors.
Mass Ave and Bottleworks-area venues
Character rooms for client evenings and creative-team events. Our styling reads well against these spaces.
Carmel and Fishers corporate offices
In-office appreciation events, wellness days and holiday parties. Easy ground-level load-in and real parking.
Country clubs and banquet venues
Client appreciation and partner events across the metro.
Your own office
A conference room, a cafeteria, a lobby. Several stations need no power, which widens the options considerably.
Getting into your Indianapolis venue
We staff Indianapolis locally rather than driving a team in for the day, so scheduling is genuinely flexible here. Downtown load-ins follow the usual dock and freight coordination, and we supply certificates of insurance naming your venue on its timeline. Suburban events in Carmel and Fishers are typically ground-level and quick.
Match it to your room
Scoping a Indianapolis event by company size
Headcount changes the right answer more than budget does. So here is how we would scope it.
One station, one or two hosts. The skincare bar or the bath bar shines at this size, because every guest gets real attention. An office suite or private dining room works fine — we need roughly 12 x 6 feet.
One large station or two smaller ones. The perfume bar is the showpiece here. However, if your window is under two hours, add the Lip Lab so nobody waits more than a few minutes.
Two stations, expanded team. Perfume bar plus candy bar is the pairing we recommend most, since one holds guests while the other moves them.
Multi-station activation. Three or more stations placed deliberately across the floor plan, with staffing scaled to your run of show.
What should you budget?
Corporate bookings start at around $500. From there, pricing scales with headcount, station count, staffing and service length. Custom branding, signature scent development and travel beyond our core radius are itemized separately, so nothing appears as a surprise on the invoice.
Because every room is different, we do not publish package pricing. Instead, send us the details and we will return a full proposal within two business days.

The unglamorous part
What we handle so your team does not
Corporate venues have requirements that consumer events do not. Fortunately, we have worked inside them for years.
Certificates of insurance
Issued naming your venue, on your venue's timeline, without you chasing us for them.
Dock and load-in coordination
We schedule the window, work the freight elevator, and arrive well before guests do.
Union labor requirements
We have worked convention venues and know how to coordinate where union rules apply.
Minimal venue footprint
About 12 x 6 feet, two 6-foot tables and a standard outlet. Several stations need no power at all.
Allergen and ingredient disclosure
Full disclosures for every product line, and hosts trained to guide sensitive guests.
Everything but the floor
We bring linens, displays, signage and lighting, host every guest, and pack out cleanly.
Why Glitters & Grace
A trained perfumer, not a rented table
Cheryl Gleason has been building perfume bars and formulating fragrance for over a decade. She is a trained perfumer and a cosmetic and skincare formulator, and every accord and formula we use was composed in her own lab.
That matters at a corporate event for practical reasons. Your guests will ask what is in the bottle, and our hosts can answer. Your legal team will ask about ingredients and insurance, and we have both ready. Your planner will ask what happens if 200 people arrive at once, and we have already staffed for it.
We serve Chicago and Chicagoland, Milwaukee and the Illinois–Wisconsin corridor, and the Indianapolis metro. In addition, we travel beyond those markets for larger activations.

Before you ask
Corporate events in Indianapolis: common questions
Are you actually based in Indianapolis or do you travel in?
Indianapolis is one of our three home markets with local staffing infrastructure. There is no destination event fee for events inside the metro.
Do you serve Carmel, Fishers and the surrounding suburbs?
Yes, along with the rest of the Indianapolis metro. Suburban corporate offices are a large share of our bookings here.
Can you handle a convention or trade show activation?
Yes. Tell us the venue and show early so we can coordinate load-in, placement and any electrical or labor requirements through show management.
How many guests can you serve?
From 20 to 500 and beyond. Throughput varies by station, so we scale hosts and station count to your headcount and your window. The candy bar and bath bar move fastest; the perfume bar and Lip Lab run a little longer per guest.
Can you brand the experience with our logo and colors?
Yes. We produce custom labels for every product line plus branded station signage, and we can develop a signature scent around a campaign or match a lip shade to a brand color. Custom branding needs about four weeks of lead time.
What do you need from our venue?
Roughly 12 x 6 feet of floor space, two 6-foot tables and access to a standard outlet, though several stations run without power. We bring linens, displays, signage and lighting.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, naming your venue. We also coordinate load-in windows, dock access and union labor requirements where they apply.
What about guests with fragrance sensitivities or allergies?
We provide full ingredient and allergen disclosures for every product line, and our hosts are trained to guide guests toward appropriate options. Anyone can blend and bottle a product to take home without applying anything to their skin.
How far in advance should we book?
Three to six months for corporate bookings. September through December fills by late summer across all our markets, so holiday dates are worth securing early. If your date is sooner, ask anyway — we sometimes have a team available.
We also serve
Corporate events across Chicagoland, southeastern Wisconsin and the Indianapolis metro.
Indianapolis dates are booking now
We take a limited number of events per date in each market. After all, a fully staffed, fully styled station cannot be in two rooms at once. December Thursdays and Fridays go first, and they go early.
