Chicago event venues range from lakefront halls to brick lofts, and our bars fit into all of them. We bring a custom perfume bar, a Lip Lab, a candy cart and more. Then guests create a keepsake while the city glows outside the windows.
Here in the city, we've set up at Navy Pier, at almost every Hilton in Chicago and at The Godfrey Hotel Chicago. We've also set up at The Hampton Social in Chicago and at Marriott hotels. So whether you are hosting or you work on a venue's event team, this page explains how we fit in.
Chicago Event Venues We Know Well
Downtown, the big hotel ballrooms host weddings, galas and company parties all year. Because we've set up at so many Hilton hotels in the city, plus The Godfrey Hotel Chicago, we know how those days unfold. Likewise, Navy Pier brings lake views and plenty of room for a crowd.
Restaurants with private rooms are another favorite. For example, The Hampton Social in Chicago is one of the places we've set up. Meanwhile, neighborhoods like River North, the West Loop and Fulton Market are full of loft event space (open, often industrial rooms with brick walls and big windows). A Lip Lab under a neon sign looks right at home there.
Of course, the city has many more Chicago event venues. Museums, conservatories and cultural landmarks host private events too. For instance, the Chicago Cultural Center and the Garfield Park Conservatory are the kind of venue we come to, if your venue allows outside vendors. Whatever the space, we style the bars to suit it.
Load-In at Chicago Event Venues
City venues come with city logistics. So here is what we sort out with Chicago event venues before the day.
Docks, elevators and parking
Load-in means the time and route vendors use to bring equipment inside. Downtown, that often involves a loading dock or freight elevator. So we confirm the route and parking with your venue first.
We come early
Our crew reaches the venue sixty minutes before your start time. As a result, the bars are styled while your other vendors finish their own setup.
Tables and styling
We supply linens. You or the venue supply tables, or we can bring them at $30 apiece. Most hosts then dress them to suit their theme.
Venue policies
Each venue sets its own rules for outside vendors. So check your venue's outside-vendor policy, and we will follow it closely.

Our Chicago perfume bar lets guests hand-blend an eau de parfum. Jasmine, sandalwood and oud are among the materials, along with many absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils.

A lakefront celebration
For a Navy Pier event, set the perfume bar near the windows so guests blend with a view of the lake. Then a candy cart by the exit sends them off with a treat.

Two studios
Our Mokena Studio, Now and Next
A Chicago studio is planned to open in late 2028, so city guests will one day have a place of their own to blend. Until then, our first studio opens in Mokena in January 2027, at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107.
In Mokena, anyone can drop in or book a time to make perfume or lip color. The party room there welcomes up to 40 guests, and its kitchen means groups can bring their own food. For bigger crowds, though, we bring everything to your Chicago venue.

Our adult perfume bars begin at $500 for the event as a whole, never per guest. From there, the bars, hours and headcount shape your quote. Expect a reply from us within 2 business days.

How a City Booking Comes Together

Share your venue, date, guest count and timeline. Then we recommend the right bars for the room.
We talk to the venue
Next, we check the loading route, parking and placement with your venue's event team.
Setup before doors
On the day, our crew arrives an hour ahead, linens in hand, and styles every bar.
Create, then clear
Finally, guests make their keepsakes. When the night winds down, we pack up and clear our space.

Which Chicago venues have you set up at?

Can you work in a venue with no loading dock?
Often, yes. Tell us how guests and vendors enter, and we will plan the load-in with your venue.
Do you set up at museums and landmarks?
We are happy to, if your venue allows outside vendors. Please check the venue's policy first.
How long does setup take?
We arrive one hour before your start time, which gives us room to style every bar.
Can you match a theme or brand colors?
Yes. We bring linens, and you can dress the tables to match. For a brand event, signage can suggest blends that suit your story.
Can we book you for a wedding at a Chicago venue?

Is there a minimum guest count?
Pricing is per event, not per head. So small dinners and large galas can both work. Tell us your numbers, and we will suggest the right format.
Do you travel beyond the city?
Yes. We serve all of Chicagoland, and we have teams in Milwaukee and Indianapolis.
