Our mobile beauty bar services travel all over Chicago and its suburbs, plus greater Milwaukee and the Indianapolis metro. Every station turns guests into makers, so they leave with something they created themselves.

How our mobile beauty bar services work in Chicago
Every booking starts the same way. We ask who is coming and why. Then we build a menu around them, whether that is one perfume bar or several stations side by side.
A condo party room needs a compact setup. A banquet hall or hotel ballroom can hold every station at once. We size each event to the space, the guest count and the clock, for groups from 5 to 5,000.
Behind it all is real formulation. Our founder, Cheryl Gleason, is a trained perfumer and cosmetic and skincare formulator. We make our products by hand in our New Lenox lab with absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils. In plain words, those are the concentrated natural extracts perfumers use.
Most hosts pick two or three stations. For a big crowd, pair a fast station, like candy or the Signature Perfume Bar, with a slower hands-on one.

Custom Perfume Bar
Three formats: Signature (choose from up to 12 house scents), Mini (60+ materials to blend) and Full (120+ fragrances). Every guest leaves with an eau de parfum, a perfume-strength spray. Compare the perfume bars
Luxury Lip Lab
Guests mix a soft lip cream or a high-shine gloss from a 16-shade swatch board, poured and packaged on the spot. Ages 5 and up. See the Lip Lab
Skincare Bar
Guests make a facial moisturizer, body butter, lotion and scrub from about 40 oils, butters and extracts. Best for 20 guests or fewer. See the skincare bar
Bath & Body Bar
Guests build a custom bath soak from salts, botanicals and fragrance, plus a hand-made bath bomb. It moves fast and runs without power. See the bath bar
Luxury Candy Bar
Premium sweets in glass apothecary jars on our two candy carts, styled to your palette. It is our fastest station. See the candy bar
Digital Photo Booth
We own two digital photo booths. Guests pose with what they made and share the photos before the party ends. Photo booth rentals
Saturdays fill first
Most Saturdays need six to eight weeks' notice. May, September, December and weddings need longer. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.

- Fragrance Workshop. A small-group class, separate from our event bars, for people who want to learn how a perfume is built.
- Fragrance Consultation. A one-to-one session, $650, at our Mokena studio or your home. Your formula is recorded so it can be remade.
Three ways hosts combine stations
The garden shower
A Mini Perfume Bar in florals plus a Lip Lab in soft pinks. Guests drift between the two all afternoon.
The glitter sleepover
Mini perfume, Glitter & Glow and a candy cart. Kids rotate through all three before the pizza arrives.
The office open house
A Signature Perfume Bar for speed, plus candy and a photo booth. Even a big crowd keeps moving. See corporate fragrance events.
Where our beauty bars set up
How booking works
- Share the basics. Send your date, venue, rough guest count and occasion through the booking form.
- Get your proposal. We reply within two business days with an itemized proposal. There is no charge and no obligation.
- Sign and set your count. After you sign, your guest count can go up but not down, so book your lowest expected count.
- Meet your team. A week before, you receive your host details and arrival time.
- Enjoy your guests. We arrive one hour before start time to set up, host every guest, then pack out and clean up.

Questions about our mobile beauty bar services
How much do your services cost?
Adult and corporate events start at $500, quoted per event. Kids parties start at $475, priced by guest count. See our pricing page.
Do you charge travel fees?
Not within Chicagoland, greater Milwaukee or the Indianapolis metro. Larger events beyond those areas are quoted in advance.
Can we book more than one station?
Yes. Most hosts pick two or three, and we scale hosts and stations to your room and guest count.
What does our venue need to provide?
Tables, or we bring them at $30 each. Linens are available as an add-on, and we suggest dressing the tables to your theme.
What bottle sizes come from the perfume bar?
We offer 15 ml and 20 ml bottles of eau de parfum. Custom labels are a paid add-on ordered at booking.
