Corporate Skincare Bar for VIP Clients, Executive Teams, and Retreats
A corporate skincare bar is the most personal experience we offer. Guests work with our hosts, talk about their skin, and make a set of skincare formulated just for them. It feels less like an activity and more like a spa afternoon with a gift at the end.
We designed it for smaller, more senior rooms: a VIP client evening, a leadership retreat, or a thank-you for the team that carried a hard quarter. We serve Chicagoland, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis, as well as our Mokena studio.

What guests make at the corporate skincare bar
Every guest leaves with four products she made herself:
- A facial moisturizer
- A body butter
- A lotion
- A scrub
First, she chooses a skin goal: dry skin, acne-prone skin, or anti-aging, which is the most popular. Then she adds oils, serums, and add-ins to suit it. A serum is a lightweight treatment with a high concentration of active ingredients, such as a hydrating or brightening serum.
All of our bases are unscented on purpose. Instead, each guest adds her own fragrance, or none at all. As a result, the set suits sensitive skin and smells exactly the way she likes.
Hosted by estheticians, formulated by a formulator
The hosts at our skincare bar are licensed estheticians, so every guest gets real guidance about her skin. Behind them is our founder, Cheryl Gleason, who is a cosmetic and skincare formulator and a trained perfumer. She develops every base we use in her own lab.
In addition, we keep each guest's formulation on file. When a client loves her moisturizer, she can have it made again.
Why a corporate skincare bar suits smaller rooms
This is an unhurried experience. It runs about 1.5 to 2 hours for a group of 25 guests, and it is designed for groups of 50 and under.
In fact, that pace is the point. Your clients or leaders get an hour of genuine attention, a real conversation, and a set of products they will use every morning. For a larger room, we recommend our corporate perfume bar or our employee wellness bath and body bar, which move more guests per hour.

Branded for your company
Jars carry the Glitters & Grace label as standard. For corporate events, however, we can print custom labels with your logo or event name. Custom labels are ordered at booking and printed in advance, so please allow about four weeks.
We handle the corporate details
We provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue. A certificate of insurance, or COI, is the proof of liability coverage most venues ask for. Our team arrives one hour before guests, sets the bar, hosts every guest, and packs out cleanly.
In addition, we bring the bar and displays. You provide about 12 x 6 feet of space, two 6-foot tables, and seating, or we bring tables.

Every corporate skincare bar is quoted per event, so you pay only for what your event needs. Your quote reflects guest count, hours, staffing, and any custom labels or branding. Send us your date and headcount, and we will reply with an itemized proposal within two business days.

Who hosts the skincare bar?
Trained hosts, estheticians, skincare formulators or cosmetologists host every corporate skincare bar, using bases developed by our founder, a skincare formulator.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Our bases are unscented, and guests also choose every add-in themselves.
How many guests can attend?
The bar is designed for 50 guests or fewer. For a larger event, however, we pair it with a faster station.
Can our clients reorder their products?
Yes. We keep each guest's formulation on file so it can be made again.
Can we host it at your studio?
Yes. Our Mokena studio has a private party room for up to 50 guests, with free parking and a kitchen.
