Yes. We understand that a Saturday evening celebration may start after Shabbat ends, and that the time moves through the year — a November start is a great deal earlier than a June one.

Give us your actual start time rather than a rough one and we'll build the load-in around it. If the venue restricts vendor access before a certain hour, tell us that too.

Yes, and b'nai mitzvah celebrations for twins or siblings. The perfume bar, candy bar and mocktail bar all work in a room full of thirteen-year-old boys — we've built them to be genuinely co-ed rather than a girls' activity with different signage.

Stations start at $475, but that's our small-party base and it isn't the right shape for a mitzvah. A reception is quoted on guest count, station choice, hours of coverage and branding.

Yes, because it runs as a rotating station rather than a seated activity. Each guest spends two to four minutes at the bar, and we staff to your count so the queue keeps moving.

In practice not every one of 150 guests will use it — the teenagers will, most of the adults will, and some won't. We build the materials plan around a realistic take-up rate and discuss that openly rather than charging you for 150 kits you don't need.

The two windows that work best are cocktail hour, while the adults are being seated and the kids have nothing to do, and after the candle lighting, when the formal moments are done and the room loosens up.

Some families run it the whole evening as an open station. Send us your run of show and we'll tell you honestly where we think it earns its place.

That's the part we'd most encourage. Custom labels put your logo, the name and the date on every bottle, tube or jar — so the favor carries the same branding as the invitation and the step-and-repeat.

Send us the artwork your designer already produced, plus your color palette or style board. Ribbon, linens, packaging and signage all match from there. Custom labels are quoted by quantity and design.

For most families it replaces them. A branded perfume, gloss or candy bag that a guest made themselves does the job a favor is meant to do, and it tends to survive longer than the usual sweatshirt or sunglasses.

If you'd already committed to favors, the station still works as entertainment — but tell us, because it changes what we'd recommend on packaging.

We provide a certificate of insurance at no charge to any venue that requires one, and we don't serve food or compete with your venue's beverage minimum.

All fragrance, skincare and cosmetic materials are skin-safe, IFRA compliant and sourced from US suppliers, formulated and packed in our New Lenox, Illinois lab.

Ingredient lists are available in advance. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book — and note that a guest can always take a finished product home without applying anything at the event.

Most families reach out six to nine months ahead, at the point they're booking the venue and the DJ. That's the right time, particularly if you want custom branding — label artwork and production need lead time.
