Corporate Perfume Bar for Team Building, Client Evenings, and Holiday Parties
A corporate perfume bar gives every guest the same quiet luxury: a beautiful bar, a host at their side, and a bottle of perfume they made themselves. There are no teams, no scores, and nothing competitive. Instead, colleagues and clients lean in, compare notes, and leave with a gift that carries your company's name.
Glitters and Grace brings the full bar to your office, venue, or hotel ballroom across Chicagoland, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis. We arrive styled and staffed, so your team simply enjoys the event.

Why a corporate perfume bar works for team building
Most team building asks people to perform. A perfume bar asks them to choose. That small difference changes the room, because quieter colleagues join in as easily as the outgoing ones.
Each guest starts by picking a base, which is the foundation a perfume is built on. We offer six: floral, fresh, musk, sophisticated, gourmand (sweet), and masculine. Then they layer in notes with a host guiding them.
Meanwhile, the conversation does the team building for you. Someone from accounting and someone from sales end up debating jasmine versus vetiver. That is the whole point.
Real perfumery materials, made by a trained perfumer
Our founder, Cheryl Gleason, is a trained perfumer and a cosmetic and skincare formulator. She studied perfumery with Master Perfumer and educator, Karen Gilbert of the United Kingdom and at the Institute for Art and Olfaction in Los Angeles. She composes every blend on our bar in her own lab.
We formulate with absolutes, CO₂ extracts, and essential oils. An absolute is a highly concentrated aroma drawn from a flower or plant, such as rose or jasmine. A CO₂ extract is a pure plant extract captured with pressurized carbon dioxide instead of heat. As a result, your guests smell real materials, and our hosts can tell them exactly what is in the bottle.
Finally, every guest takes home an eau de parfum spray. Eau de parfum is a perfume strength with a high concentration of fragrance, so the scent lasts on skin.

Three corporate perfume bar styles
We match the bar to your guest count and your timeline.
Signature Perfume Bar
Guests choose from up to 12 signature scents composed in our studio, with no blending step. It serves 85 to 100 guests an hour, so it suits galas, large holiday parties, and conferences.
Mini Perfume Bar
Guests blend their own perfume from a focused palette. It serves about 50 guests an hour and keeps a full room moving.
Full Perfume Bar
Guests blend from a library of more than 120 fragrances with a host beside them. It is the centerpiece choice for client evenings and executive retreats.
Every style can be set on a table, a luxury counter, or our candy cart, styled to your colors. Compare the perfume bar styles.
Branded for your company
Bottles carry the Glitters and Grace label as standard. For corporate events, we also print custom labels with your logo, event name, or campaign. Custom labels are ordered at booking and printed before your event. Branded station signage to match is available as an add-on.
Would you like a scent of your own? You can commission Cheryl to create one. To commission a perfumer simply means asking a perfumer to create an original fragrance for you, the way you would commission a portrait. Start with a fragrance consultation.
Where a corporate perfume bar fits
- Client appreciation evenings, where the gift needs to feel personal
- Women's leadership luncheons, panels, and ERG events
- Holiday parties, for teams of 20 to 500 and more
- Trade show booths and brand activations
- Executive retreats and team offsites, including our Mokena studio party room for up to 40 guests, opening in January 2027
We handle the corporate details
Corporate venues come with paperwork, and we are used to it. We provide a certificate of insurance, often called a COI, which is the proof of liability coverage most venues require. It names your venue, on your venue's timeline.
We also schedule dock and freight elevator times and coordinate with union labor at convention venues. Our team arrives one hour before guests, sets up, hosts every guest, and packs out cleanly.
In addition, we bring the bar, displays, and station signage. Linens, lace and customized signage are available as add-ons. You provide about 12 x 6 feet of floor space and two 6-foot tables, or we bring tables for $30 each.
Corporate perfume bar pricing
Corporate perfume bars start at $500 and are quoted per event, not per guest. Your quote reflects guest count, bar style, staffing, hours, and any custom labels. Send us your date and headcount, and we will reply with an itemized proposal within two business days. Then your signed proposal holds your date.
Corporate perfume bar FAQs
How many guests can you serve?
From 20 to 500 and more. The Signature bar serves 85 to 100 guests an hour, and our blending bars serve about 50. For larger rooms, we add hosts or a second station.
Will the men on our team enjoy it?
Yes. Our fresh, woody, oud and masculine bases, along with many unisex signature scents, make it work well for mixed teams.
Is it safe for guests with fragrance sensitivities?
We provide full ingredient and allergen disclosures. Guests can also blend and take a bottle home without applying anything to their skin. Details are also on our allergens and safety page.
Can you keep each guest's formula?
Not at an event bar, because the table moves too quickly to record each blend. If someone wants a formula kept on file, a private fragrance consultation is the way to do it.
How far ahead should we book?
Three to six months for corporate events. Holiday dates from September through December fill by late summer, so ask even if your date is close.
