We own multiple elegant candy carts, each customized and styled for your event. Each one also breaks down into a top and bottom section, so it travels easily into ballrooms, offices, and convention halls.

The candy bar moves guests faster than any other station we run. A guest can fill a box in a minute or two, so the line never stacks up. For that reason, it is the station we recommend for events of 200 guests and more.
Many companies place it near the entrance as a welcome. Meanwhile, a slower, more personal station holds guests in the middle of the room. Our favorite pairing is the candy bar with our corporate perfume bar, since one moves guests and the other gives them a reason to stay.
As a lovely bonus, our perfume bar can be set right on the candy cart for a matching look.

Branding and lead time
Boxes carry our label as standard, or yours with your logo, event name, or campaign. Custom labels are ordered at booking and printed in advance, so please allow about four weeks. We also style the signage and cart to your palette.
We handle the corporate details
We provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue. A certificate of insurance, or COI, is the proof of liability coverage most venues require. We also schedule dock and freight elevator times and coordinate with union labor at convention venues.
Our team arrives one hour before guests, sets up the cart, hosts the station, and packs out cleanly. The candy bar needs no power.

Every corporate candy bar is quoted per event. Your quote reflects guest count, hours, staffing, and any branded boxes. Send us your date and headcount, and we will reply with an itemized proposal within two business days.

How many guests can the candy bar serve?
It is built for large rooms of 300 guests and more. For very large events, we can bring both of our candy carts.
Can you match our brand colors?
Yes. We choose sweets, linens, and signage to match your palette.
Do you accommodate dietary needs?
Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you book, and we will plan the selection and labeling with you.
Does it work for families and kids?
Yes. It is one of our most family-friendly stations, which is why it suits company picnics and family days.
