Client Appreciation Event Ideas That Feel Personal, Not Promotional
The best client appreciation event ideas have one thing in common: the client feels seen. However, a logo tumbler cannot do that. Instead, a hosted bar where your client blends her own perfume, mixes a lip color, or makes a skincare set for her skin can.
Glitters & Grace brings elegant, fully staffed beauty experiences to client evenings, open houses, and VIP dinners across Chicagoland, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis. Your clients make the gift, and your name goes home on the label.

Why a hands-on bar beats a giveaway
First, it gives your team a natural reason to stand beside each client for ten unhurried minutes. You talk about scent and color, and then the relationship does the rest.
Second, the gift is personal by design. After all, every bottle, tube, or jar was made by the person holding it. As a result, it stays on her vanity instead of in a drawer, with your logo on it every morning.
Client appreciation event ideas, by the bar

A perfume bar for a client evening
Clients blend a custom eau de parfum, a long-lasting perfume strength, with a host beside them. Our Full Perfume Bar offers more than 120 fragrances for a slow, luxurious evening. See our corporate perfume bar.

A skincare bar for your top clients
For 20 guests or fewer, licensed estheticians guide each client through a moisturizer, body butter, lotion, and scrub made for her skin. We also keep each formulation on file for reorders. See our corporate skincare bar.

A Lip Lab for a boutique or salon event
Clients design their own lip color in minutes, and it photographs beautifully for your social channels. See our corporate lip gloss bar.

A candy bar and perfume bar for a holiday open house
The candy bar welcomes a steady stream of guests, while the perfume bar invites them to stay. See our corporate candy bar.

Make it unmistakably yours
Bottles, tubes, and jars carry our label as standard, or yours with your logo and a thank-you line. Custom labels are ordered at booking and printed in advance, so please allow about four weeks.
For a gift no one else can give, you can commission a signature scent for your firm. To commission a perfumer simply means asking a perfumer to create an original fragrance for you. It begins with a fragrance consultation with our founder.
A trained perfumer behind every bar
Cheryl Gleason, our founder, is a trained perfumer and a cosmetic and skincare formulator. She composes our blends from absolutes, CO₂ extracts, and essential oils, which are the natural raw materials of fine perfumery.

Host it anywhere, including our studio
We come to your office, your home, a private dining room, or a venue. For a smaller client evening, our Mokena studio party room hosts up to 40 guests, opening late fall 2026. It is BYOB, has a kitchen for your catering, and also offers free parking.
We provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue and arrive one hour before your first guest.
Pricing
Every client appreciation event is quoted per event, so you pay only for what your event needs. Your quote reflects guest count, the bars you choose, hours, staffing, and custom labels. Then we reply with an itemized proposal within two business days.
