What is a mobile perfume bar?
It's a styled, fully staffed station we bring to your event where guests blend their own custom fragrance. Guests build their own perfumes, with a trained perfumer on hand to walk them through choosing notes and building a blend from raw perfumery materials like absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils. They build their scent, we bottle it, and they take it home. We bring the bar, the displays, the ingredients, and the team — you just tell us where to set up.
How much does it cost?
Pricing starts at about $500 and scales with guest count, how many stations you book, staffing, and how long you need us. Most events land between $500 and $2,000. Send us your date and guest count and we'll come back with a full proposal within 2 business days.
How many guests can you serve?
Anywhere from four or five to five thousand. Throughput varies by station. The candy bar and bath bar move quickly, while a full perfume blending session and the Lip Lab run longer per guest. For larger events we add hosts or a second station so nobody waits. We'll size the team to your guest count in the proposal.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, six to twelve months is typical, and popular Saturdays go first. Corporate holiday season — September through December — fills by late summer. Showers, birthdays, and smaller events usually need six to eight weeks. If your date is close, ask anyway; we sometimes have a team available.
What areas do you serve?
Chicago and all of Chicagoland, Milwaukee and the Illinois–Wisconsin corridor, and the Indianapolis metro. That includes Naperville, Oak Brook, Schaumburg, Evanston, Joliet, Orland Park, Kenosha, Racine, Carmel, and Fishers, among others. Travel is included within our core radius for each market and quoted transparently beyond it.
Can we book more than one experience at the same event?
Yes, and it's one of our most common requests. A perfume bar plus a candy bar is a favorite for weddings and holiday parties; a Lip Lab plus a bath bar works beautifully for showers. Multiple stations spread guests out, shorten lines, and give people a reason to move through the room. We price multi-station bookings as a package.
Can you brand the experience with our logo, names, or colors?
Yes. We produce custom labels for every product line, plus branded station signage. For weddings we use your names and date; for corporate events we can build a signature scent around a campaign or match a lip shade to a brand color. Custom branding needs roughly 4 weeks of lead time.
What do you need from our venue?
About 6 x 8 feet of floor space and access to a standard outlet, though several stations run without power. We bring our own linens, displays, and lighting. We also provide certificates of insurance naming your venue and coordinate load-in times, dock access, and union labor requirements where they apply.
Is this safe for guests with allergies or fragrance sensitivities?
We provide full ingredient and allergen disclosures for every product line, and our hosts are trained to guide guests with sensitivities toward appropriate options. Anyone can participate without applying anything to their skin — blending a fragrance to take home works fine without a wear test. Tell us about specific concerns in advance and we'll plan around them.
Do you have your own space for smaller events?
Yes. Our Mokena studio opens late fall 2026 with a private party room for groups of up to 40, at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. Conveniently located right off of I-80 at LaGrange between Tinley Park, Orland Park and Frankfort. For anything larger, we come to you.

What is a mobile perfume bar?
It's a styled, fully staffed station we bring to your event where guests blend their own custom fragrance. A trained perfumer guides each guest through choosing a base and notes and building a blend, we label the bottle, and they take it home.
The part that makes ours different: we formulate from real perfumery materials, not fragrance oils typically used for candles and soap. We use absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils — the raw materials real perfumers work with — rather than the pre-blended fragrance oils most scent bars pour. Guests can smell the difference, and we can tell them exactly what's in the bottle they made.
What is the Luxury Lip Lab?
Guests design their own lip color — a soft-matte, high-pigment lip cream or a high-shine gloss. Shades are blended live from cosmetic pigments, shimmers, and opacity boosters, then poured into lip gloss tubes. The lip gloss (cream) is formulated and created by Cheryl Gleason at our New Lenox Lab. Everything is hand-made and the ingredients are natural and cosmetic-safe.

Can we book more than one station at the same event?
Yes, and for anything over about 75 guests we usually recommend it. Multiple stations spread people out, shorten lines, and give guests a reason to move through the room.
Common pairings: a perfume bar with a candy bar for weddings and holiday parties, or a Lip Lab with a bath bar for showers and teen parties. Multi-station bookings are priced as a package.
How much does it cost?
Pricing starts at roughly $450.00 and scales with guest count, how many stations you book, staffing, and how long you need us. Most events land between $500-$1000, but can vary based on guest count. Contact us for pricing for your event.
Travel outside our core service radius and any venue-specific fees are itemized separately, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Send us your date and guest count and we'll return a full proposal within 2-business days.

Are the products safe for kids?
Yes. Children's stations use age-appropriate, skin-safe formulations, and our kids and teen experiences are designed around what's suitable for each age group. The Lip Lab is suitable for ages 8 and up.
