A Skincare Bar in Indianapolis, Made by Your Guests
A skincare bar in Indianapolis turns a shower, birthday or girls' night into a hands-on beauty studio. Each guest picks her skin type, mixes four products for it, and carries the jars home in a gift bag.
Our bar is designed by Cheryl Gleason, a trained perfumer and cosmetic and skincare formulator. Our Indianapolis team brings it to your home or venue anywhere in the metro, with no travel fee.

- Formulator-designed
- About 40 ingredients
- No travel fee in Indy
- Adult events from $500
How the Indianapolis skincare bar works
Every guest starts with unscented professional bases. Then she chooses a skin-type card: dry, acne-prone or anti-aging. Anti-aging is the most popular by far. The card points her to the oils, butters and extracts that suit her skin, from a table of about 40.
Once the formula feels right, she adds her own fragrance and a touch of optional shimmer, fills her jars and labels them. Our hosts are trained formulators, estheticians and cosmetologists, so every question gets a real answer.
The bar is happiest with 20 guests or fewer. A group of 10 to 15 runs about 1.5 to 2 hours, which leaves time for a toast and a slice of cake.
Retinoids are offered only to guests 21 and older, and never during pregnancy. Our hosts check before anyone adds them.
What guests make at our skincare bar in Indianapolis
Four products, each matched to the skin type on her card. Every guest's formulation is kept on file, so she can reorder later.

Facial moisturizer
The heart of the bar. Guests build it around their skin type, with extracts chosen from the card.

Body butter
Rich and soft, scented to taste. A lovely treat for Indiana winters.
Lotion
A lighter everyday lotion for hands and body, made from the same unscented base.

Scrub
Simple to make and fun to test at the table. Guests pick the scent and shimmer.
Hold your Indianapolis date
Most Saturdays need six to eight weeks. May, September and December need longer. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.
Indianapolis gatherings that suit a skincare bar
Small groups and long tables are where this bar shines. These are the parties we see most around the metro.
Bridal showers
A Sunday shower at home in Carmel or Zionsville, where every guest leaves with a little self-care kit.
Birthdays and girls' nights
A dining room table, eight to fifteen friends, and a project everyone actually wants to do.
Wellness gatherings
A calm, hands-on afternoon for a book club, a church group or a team. Companies can see our corporate skincare bar in Indianapolis.
Teen and tween parties
Age-based cards guide younger guests. Read about our teen skincare party in Indianapolis.
Showers with out-of-town guests
Hotel private rooms at Carmel City Center and downtown keep traveling guests close. Ask the venue to confirm outside vendors are welcome, and we can send a certificate of insurance.
