Glitters & Grace brings five luxury beauty experiences to Chicago corporate events — a perfume bar built on real absolutes and CO2 extracts, a Lip Lab, a bath and body bar, a skincare bar, and a candy bar. We load in at McCormick Place, River North rooftops, Fulton Market lofts, and suburban headquarters, and we leave your guests with something they made themselves.
Chicago has no shortage of open bars and photo walls. What it has less of is an experience guests stay at for twenty minutes, talk about on Monday, and take home in a bottle with your logo on it.
We are a mobile luxury beauty company, and every station arrives styled, staffed, and ready. Our hosts walk each guest through blending a custom fragrance, mixing a lip shade, building a bath ritual, choosing a skincare set, or filling a candy box — then send them off with a finished product they made with their own hands. It works for a 60-person client dinner at a River North restaurant and it works for a 500-person holiday party at Navy Pier.
For Chicago corporate event planners, the practical part matters just as much: we carry our own insurance, provide certificates of insurance for your venue, coordinate dock and freight elevator times, and work with in-house union labor requirements at convention venues. You approve a layout, we handle the rest.
Book one station or combine several into a multi-station activation. Every experience is fully mobile, fully staffed, and can be branded to your company or event.
Our signature. Guests move through a guided blending session with a trained perfumer, building a fragrance from absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils — not the pre-mixed fragrance oils most scent bars pour. They name it, we label it, and they leave with a bottle that exists nowhere else.
It is our most requested experience for Chicago client appreciation events and executive retreats, because the conversation it creates is the point. Guests linger at the bar, compare notes, and hand each other blotters — which is exactly what you want in a room full of people who are supposed to be networking.
Guests choose a finish, then mix their own lipstick or gloss shade at our lab station, pour it, and take it home in a compact tube with a custom label. Fast, visual, and extremely photogenic — the reason it performs so well at brand activations and women's ERG events across the Loop and Fulton Market.
A scent-forward station where guests build sugar scrubs, bath soaks, and body products from a styled apothecary spread. It is the calmest of our five bars, which makes it a natural fit for wellness weeks, benefits fairs, and the kind of employee appreciation event where the message is take care of yourself.
A consultative station where guests are guided to products suited to their skin, then build a personalized set to take home. Because it starts with a one-to-one conversation, it is the experience Chicago planners choose when they want an activation that feels like a gift rather than a giveaway.
A styled candy installation with glass vessels, custom color palettes, and take-home boxes or bags. It is the easiest station to brand to a company palette and the fastest to serve, which is why it so often anchors the entry of a large Chicago holiday party or family day.
There is a real difference between pouring pre-blended fragrance oils and formulating from raw naturals, and your guests can smell it.
Our founder is a trained perfumer. We formulate from absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils, and we can tell your guests exactly what is in the bottle they made and where it came from.
We arrive with the bar, the displays, the linens, the branding, the signage, and the team. We take care of everything for your activation.
Certificates of insurance, W-9s, dock and freight elevator scheduling, union labor coordination at convention venues, and invoicing that survives a procurement review.
Chicago holiday season books out early, and by December your guests have already been to four parties with the same photo booth. A perfume bar or candy bar gives them a reason to move through the room and something to carry home. Popular at Navy Pier, the Chicago Cultural Center, and hotel ballrooms along Michigan Avenue.
McCormick Place booths live and die by dwell time. A staffed Lip Lab or perfume bar pulls attendees off the aisle and keeps them at your booth long enough for a real conversation — and the branded take-home travels back to their office.
Law firms, consultancies, and financial services teams in the Loop and West Loop use our perfume and skincare bars for intimate client evenings where the gift needs to feel considered rather than corporate.
Bath bars and skincare bars slot naturally into wellness weeks, benefits fairs, and appreciation days at corporate campuses in Deerfield, Oak Brook, Schaumburg, and Naperville.
We build custom scents and custom lip shades around a brand — a launch fragrance keyed to your campaign, a lipstick mixed in your brand color. Fulton Market and River North showrooms are our most frequent settings for this work.
Candy bars and glitter body spray stations travel well to rooftop socials, ballpark outings, and company family days across Chicagoland.
We are based in the southwest suburbs and travel across Chicagoland for corporate events. These are the areas we serve most often.
Hotel ballrooms, corporate headquarters, and client evenings in the towers along Wacker and Michigan.
Loft venues, restaurant buyouts, and showroom activations — our busiest neighborhoods for brand work.
Trade show booths and large-format receptions. We handle dock scheduling and union labor coordination.
Corporate campuses and hotel conference centers along the I-90 and Edens corridors.
Office park activations, benefits fairs, and holiday parties across the DuPage corridor.
Our home base — and the home of our new Mokena studio, where you can host up to 40 guests in our private party room instead of sourcing a venue.
Our Mokena studio opens this fall with a private party room built for corporate groups of up to 40 guests — which means for smaller teams, the venue and the activation come from the same place.
No venue hunt, no rental contract, no coordinating a load-in around someone else's schedule. You pick a date, choose your experiences, and walk into a room that is already set. It is a natural fit for team offsites, department celebrations, client thank-you evenings, and holiday gatherings for southwest suburban companies — and it is a short drive from the I-80 and I-355 corridors for teams coming in from Joliet, Orland Park, Frankfort, Tinley Park, and New Lenox.

Date, venue, guest count, and the vibe you are going for. Even a rough guess is enough to start.
We recommend stations, staffing, and timing built around your guest count and run of show, with clear pricing.
Certificates of insurance, venue coordination, branded labels and signage, and a confirmed load-in window.
Our team sets up, hosts every guest, and packs out cleanly. You get to enjoy your own event.
Chicago corporate event pricing starts at $850 and scales with guest count, station count, staffing, and event length. Most corporate activations fall between $1200-$3500. Downtown events may include travel, parking, and load-in fees depending on the venue. Send us your date and guest count and we will send an itemized proposal within 2 business days.
We regularly serve 20 to 1000 or more guests. Throughput depends on the station: the candy bar and bath bar move quickly, while the perfume bar runs roughly 3- to 5 minutes or more per guest for a full blending session. For events over 150 guests we typically recommend additional hosts or a second station so no one waits. We will size the team for your guest count in the proposal.
Yes. We work at McCormick Place, Navy Pier, the Chicago Cultural Center, downtown hotels, rooftop venues, and corporate offices throughout the Loop, River North, and West Loop. We provide certificates of insurance naming your venue, coordinate dock and freight elevator times, and work within union labor requirements where they apply. Downtown load-ins are billed with any venue-specific fees itemized so there are no surprises.
Yes, and it is one of the most common requests we get from Chicago corporate clients. We produce custom labels for perfume bottles, lip products, bath products, and candy boxes, plus branded station signage. For product launches and brand activations we can also build a custom signature scent or match a lipstick shade to your brand color. Custom branding needs 4-6 weeks of lead time.
A single station typically needs about 6' x 6' of floor space with access to a standard outlet, though several of our stations can run without power. We bring our own tables, linens, displays, and lighting. Send us a floor plan and we will mark the ideal placement — usually somewhere with natural traffic flow but not directly beside a loud band or a bar line.
For September through December — Chicago's heaviest corporate season — we recommend booking three to six months out, and holiday party dates often fill by late summer. Spring and summer dates are typically available with six to eight weeks of notice. If your date is close, ask anyway; we sometimes have a team available.
Yes. We serve all of Chicagoland, including Naperville, Oak Brook, Schaumburg, Deerfield, Evanston, Aurora, Joliet, Orland Park, Tinley Park, and our home base in Mokena and New Lenox. Travel is included within our core service radius, and anything beyond it is quoted transparently in your proposal.
We provide full ingredient and allergen disclosures for every product line, and our hosts are trained to guide guests with sensitivities toward appropriate options. Guests can always participate without applying anything to their skin — blending a fragrance to take home works perfectly well without a wear test. If you have specific concerns, tell us in advance and we will plan around them.
Yes, and multi-station events are our favorite kind. A common Chicago setup is a perfume bar plus a candy bar for a holiday party, or a Lip Lab plus a skincare bar for a women's ERG event. Multiple stations spread your guests out, shorten lines, and give people a reason to move through the room. We price multi-station bookings as a package.
Yes. Our Mokena studio opens this fall with a private party room for corporate groups of up to 40 guests, at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. You get the venue and the activation in one booking — no separate rental contract, no venue hunt, and free on-site parking. It works well for team offsites, department celebrations, and client thank-you evenings, and it is convenient to Joliet, Orland Park, Frankfort, Tinley Park, and New Lenox. For groups larger than 40, we come to your venue anywhere in Chicagoland.
A confirmed load-in time, dock or entrance access, an on-site contact, and the space we agreed on in the floor plan. That is it. Our team arrives at least one hour before guest arrival, sets up, runs the station, and packs out cleanly at the end.
Tell us your date, venue, and guest count. We will come back with a proposal built for your room — and if we are already booked that night, we will tell you straight away.
