Build Something Beautiful With Us
Glitters & Grace is growing, and we're hiring for two very different roles: Event Hosts who bring our luxury perfume bars and Lip Labs to life at celebrations across five markets, and a Part-Time Office Manager who keeps the whole operation running behind the scenes from our Mokena-area home base.
Two Ways to Join the Team
Lead & Assistant Event Hosts
You're the face of the experience. Guide guests through creating custom fragrances and lip shades, keep the energy elegant and fun, and make every guest feel like the VIP of the evening. Lead Hosts run the event and direct the team; Assistant Hosts support setup, guest flow, and breakdown while learning the craft.
- Set up and style our luxury bar displays at event venues
- Walk guests through scent blending or lip mixing, step by step
- Keep the station polished, stocked, and photo-ready
- Travel to venues across your region — long drives at times
- Break down and pack out at the end of the event
- Polished and glamorous — you love beauty, you have the look, and you carry it with confidence at luxury events
- Proven sales, event, or host experience — required, and shown on your resume
- Resume required with your application
- Dedicated weekend availability — we book months out
- Rock-solid reliability — clients plan their biggest days around us
- Your own car with a good driving record
- Willingness to drive long distances at times
- Live within 20 miles of New Lenox, Chicago, Kenosha, Milwaukee, or Indianapolis
- 20 or older
- Premium pay and beautiful venues — not a retail floor
- Learn real perfumery with authentic fragrance materials — no perfumery experience needed, we train you in the craft
- A clear path from Assistant to Lead as you grow
Part-Time Office Manager
You're the operational backbone of a growing luxury events company — and a leader at our events. This is a hybrid role for a proven professional: part remote work, part hands-on at our storage warehouse, part on-site at our Studio each week, plus helping host events and overseeing our event staff. Reliability, discipline, and experience are critical — our events succeed because the details behind them are flawless.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and client communications
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients booking their biggest celebrations
- Follow and maintain our processes and procedures with precision
- Work hands-on at the storage warehouse — inventory, supplies, and event prep
- Work at the Studio each week, plus remote work from home
- Help host events and oversee the event staff on-site
- Support sales — inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings
- Polished, articulate, and professional — you represent our brand to luxury clients and lead our staff
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or personal assistant
- Live within 10 miles of the Mokena area
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Able to follow processes and procedures consistently
- Reliability and discipline — this role keeps everything else running
- Sales experience — extremely helpful in this role
- Variety — remote days, warehouse days, Studio days, and event days, never monotonous
- A leadership role — you'll direct event staff, not just support them
- Real ownership in a growing women-founded company
- Be part of launching our first Studio
Five Markets. Hosts Must Live Within 20 Miles of One.
We hire hosts based near each of our five markets so our teams know their venues, their routes, and their communities. Find your hub below and tell us your town when you apply. (Office Manager candidates: your hub is Mokena — within 10 miles.)
Our home base. Hosts here work our busiest calendar — Southwest Suburbs events plus overflow across Chicagoland.
Downtown corporate activations, hotel events, and celebrations in the city's most beautiful venues.
Events along the Illinois–Wisconsin corridor at beautiful venues on both sides of the state line.
Join our founding Milwaukee team serving the city's weddings, showers, and corporate events.
Our fastest-growing market. Perfume bars and Lip Labs are booking across the metro, and Lead Host roles are open now.
Right now we can only hire within our hub radii, but we add markets as bookings grow. You're welcome to apply for our future-hiring list.
Three Simple Steps
Email us with the role in the subject line, your resume, a few sentences about yourself, and your town. Event Host applicants: tell us your nearest hub and highlight your sales, event, or host experience.
We'll set up a quick, friendly conversation so we can get to know you — and you can ask us anything.
Hosts train in real perfumery and join their regional team. The Office Manager learns our systems and settles into the weekly remote–warehouse–Studio rhythm.
