Time Together, Not Just Another Outing
Busy weeks leave little room for real one-on-one time. A mom and me spa day carves out a few hours where nobody is rushing to practice or checking homework.
Kids experiences are for ages 5 and up, so this works for a kindergartner and a middle schooler alike. Many moms tell us the best part is simply watching their daughter make choices with confidence.
It is also a gentle introduction to self-care. Your daughter learns that taking a few quiet minutes for herself is normal and good, and she learns it right next to you. That lesson tends to stick long after the gloss is gone.
What You Can Do at a Mommy and Me Spa Day
Choose the stations that fit your pair, or your whole group. Each one is hosted from start to finish, so a mommy and me spa day never turns into a project for you.
Perfume. You each blend a personal scent. Kids choose from kid-friendly scents, and signage suggests blends for anyone who would rather not start from scratch. Every bottle is an eau de parfum (a strong, long-lasting perfume strength) made with perfumer's alcohol.
Lip Lab. Mix your own lip gloss or lip color. There is a Kids tier sized for little hands.
Skincare. Mini-facials led by licensed estheticians (licensed skincare professionals). This is the heart of a mother daughter spa day.
Bath. Make bath bombs to take home for a cozy night in.
Photo Booth. A digital booth for pictures you will want to frame.

Every station was designed by our founder, Cheryl Gleason, a trained perfumer and cosmetic and skincare formulator who trained with master perfumer Karen Gilbert, at the Institute for Art and Olfaction, and through courses and workshops around the world. We ask about allergies when you book, and your contract covers allergen disclosures.

A group version feels like a celebration. You can add a candy cart, customized decor, personalized signage, mirrors, and florals. We bring linens, and you are welcome to style the tables to your theme.

Where to Host Your Mommy and Me Spa Party
At home. Our team arrives one hour early to set up and cleans up after. You provide tables, or we bring them for a small fee.
At our Mokena studio. The studio has a party room and a kitchen, and families can bring their own food. How old should my daughter be for a mommy and me spa day?
Our kids experiences are for ages 5 and up. Younger girls love the colors and textures, and older girls enjoy the creative choices.
Can dads or brothers join?
Absolutely. We call it mommy and me, but any grown-up and child can share the day together.
What about allergies?
We ask about allergies when you book. Your contract covers allergen disclosures, so please share anything we should know.
Can we change our guest count later?
Guest count can go up after booking but not down. So book your lowest expected count and add guests as you confirm.
