Women's Leadership Event Ideas with Grace and Real Connection
The best women's leadership event ideas give people a reason to talk to someone new. In fact, a beautiful bar does exactly that. Guests gather around a perfume bar or Lip Lab, compare choices, laugh, and trade business cards without the stiffness of a standard networking hour.
Glitters & Grace is a woman-owned luxury mobile beauty company. We bring elegant, fully staffed experiences to women's luncheons, panels, conferences, and ERG events across Chicagoland, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis.

Why hands-on bars make the best women's leadership event ideas
Networking is always easier when you have something to do. At a bar, the first question is simple: "Which scent did you pick?" From there, conversations move naturally to work, mentors, and the next opportunity.
In addition, every guest leaves with something lovely she made herself. Long after the keynote, she will reach for that perfume or lip color and remember who she met.
Five women's leadership event ideas, by format

1. A perfume bar at the luncheon or reception
Guests blend a custom eau de parfum with a host, either before the program or during the reception. Eau de parfum is a perfume strength that lasts on skin. Our corporate perfume bar serves up to 100 guests an hour in its Signature style.

2. A Lip Lab at the networking hour
Guests design a custom lip gloss or lip cream in minutes. It is quick, photogenic, and also easy to brand with your organization's color. See our corporate lip gloss bar.

3. A skincare bar at an executive women's retreat
For groups of 20 and under, licensed estheticians guide each guest as she makes a moisturizer, body butter, lotion, and scrub for her own skin. See our corporate skincare bar.

4. A Bath & Body Bar for an ERG wellness afternoon
ERG means employee resource group, such as a company's women's network. Our calm bath and body bar suits a self-care theme beautifully.

5. A conference sponsor booth
Sponsors also use our bars to draw attendees to their table with a branded gift. See our trade show booth activation page.

Led by a woman who trained for this
Our founder, Cheryl Gleason, is a trained perfumer and a cosmetic and skincare formulator. She built Glitters & Grace from a mobile company into a growing business with a studio in Mokena.
We formulate with absolutes, CO₂ extracts, and essential oils. An absolute is a concentrated aroma drawn from a flower, such as rose or jasmine. A CO₂ extract is a pure plant extract captured without heat. As a result, your guests will smell the difference.

Branding, logistics, and pricing
Bottles and tubes carry our label as standard, or yours with your organization's logo or event name. Custom labels are printed in advance, so allow about four weeks.
We provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue and arrive one hour before guests. Every event is quoted per event, and we reply with an itemized proposal within two business days.
