Why a mobile perfume counter feels so special
Think of the hush of a fine department store fragrance hall. There, glass, gold, and soft light invite guests to slow down. Our counter creates that same luxury fragrance display, even in a hotel ballroom.
Plus, the Signature format keeps the line moving. First, you choose up to 12 house signature scents ahead of time. Then guests pick a favorite, so each visit is quick and graceful. In other words, the counter works as a signature scent bar.
Many of our signatures are unisex, while others lean feminine or masculine. As a result, everyone finds something they love. It works especially well when guests arrive in waves.
Place the counter near the entrance or the coat check. That way, guests visit on arrival and again on the way out.

House Signatures
Guests choose from up to 12 house signatures. Each one is an eau de parfum spray, which means a concentrated perfume. Ours is about 50% fragrance material, too.
Your Curated Lineup
Before the event, you pick the lineup. For example, a spring wedding might lean floral and fresh.
Gold Signage
Personalized signage names each scent and frames the display. It also doubles as a lovely photo backdrop.
Blending on the Counter
Would you rather guests blend instead? Then our Mini bar brings 60+ materials, while our Full bar has 120+. Either can sit on the counter.
Paired Stations
Add a Lip Lab or a candy cart nearby. Together, they make a full beauty lounge.
Hold your event date
Pricing for adults is quoted per event, never per head, and begins at $500. Expect an itemized proposal within 2 business days. A 50% deposit then secures your date.

Plan on about 12 x 6 feet of floor space and two 6-foot tables. If the venue has none, ours come for $30 each.

From booking to last guest
- Share the details. First, tell us the date, venue, and guest count, ideally 3 to 6 months ahead.
- Curate the lineup. Next, choose up to 12 signatures that suit your crowd.
- We arrive early. Our team arrives 1 hour before guests, with linens and signage in hand.
- Guests visit the counter. Then hosts guide each guest to a scent they love.
- We pack out. Finally, we break down the counter and leave the space tidy.
Full ingredient and allergen disclosures come before the event. Also, we blend with absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils.

What is the Signature format?
Guests pick from up to 12 house signature scents that you choose ahead of time. So it is quick and elegant.
How many guests can the counter serve?
The Signature format moves 85 to 100 guests an hour. For larger events, we also add hosts.
Are the scents only feminine?
No. You can choose feminine, masculine, or unisex signatures, and many are unisex.
Can guests blend at the counter instead?
Yes. A Mini or Full blending bar can sit on the counter, too.
How is pricing set?
Adult perfume bars start at $500. Each event gets its own quote rather than a per-guest rate.
Do you bring the counter to Chicago and the suburbs?
Yes. We come to Chicago, the North Shore, the western suburbs, and Will County.
Can we book a perfume counter in Milwaukee?
Yes. Our Milwaukee team serves the city, Mequon, Whitefish Bay, and Brookfield.
Do you set up in Indianapolis?
Yes. A local team covers Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, and Fishers.
Can we host at your Mokena studio?

Do you record each guest's scent?
No. Formulas are not recorded at event bars. However, a private fragrance consultation does record one.
