A traveling perfume bar should arrive calm, complete, and right on time. That's why we keep local staff and equipment in each of our three markets. So your bar comes from nearby rather than from across state lines.

How our traveling perfume bar works
Each market has its own crew and its own kit. As a result, a Milwaukee wedding gets a Milwaukee team. Meanwhile, an Indianapolis gala gets hosts who know the area.
Setup is simple for you, too. First, we need about 12 x 6 feet and two 6-foot tables. If the room has none, then we bring tables for $30 each. We also bring linens, signage, and decor.
Finally, we leave nothing behind. After the last guest, the team packs out and tidies the space. So you can head home, or back to the dance floor, without a second thought.
Share the venue's load-in rules early. Then our team can plan arrival times and parking before the day.

Choose Signature, with up to 12 house scents. Otherwise, pick Mini, with 60+ materials, or Full, with 120+.

The bar can sit on a table, a luxury counter, or a candy cart. So it adapts to tight halls and grand ballrooms alike.

Adult bars begin at $500 and are priced per event, not per guest. Next, you will see an itemized proposal within 2 business days. Then half down confirms the date.

A perfume bar often travels with a celebration. So here are three ways hosts make the most of it.
Our blends use absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils. Also, an absolute is a highly concentrated aroma drawn from a flower.

- Reach out early. Book 3 to 6 months ahead, especially for weekend dates.
- Get a quote. Next, an itemized proposal arrives, including any destination details.
- Confirm the plan. Then we review load-in, space, and display choices with you.
- Arrival day. Our team arrives 1 hour before guests and sets up the full bar.
- Pack out. Afterward, we pack everything and leave the room tidy.

How far do you travel?
We serve Chicagoland, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis with local teams. However, destination events outside those areas are quoted individually.
Do you come to the North Shore and northwest suburbs?
Yes. We cover Evanston, Winnetka, Lake Forest, Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, and Barrington, too.
Do you offer a traveling perfume bar in Milwaukee?
Yes. Our Milwaukee team brings its own equipment to the city, Mequon, and Wauwatosa.
Is there a team in Indianapolis?
Yes. Our Indianapolis crew serves the city, Carmel, Fishers, and Zionsville.
Can we host at your Mokena studio instead?
Yes. The studio at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107 opens in January 2027, with a party room for up to 40.
