Picking the right mobile fragrance bar
First, think about guest flow. A crowd of hundreds needs quick visits. However, a dinner party of twenty can spend an hour blending.
Next, consider how hands-on you want it. Signature guests choose a finished scent. Meanwhile, Mini and Full guests build their own from a base, the foundation a perfume is built on.
Finally, match the format to the room. Any of the three can sit on a table, a luxury counter, or a candy cart. That's why each mobile fragrance bar adapts to nearly any venue.

The three mobile fragrance bar formats
Here is how the formats compare. Then the last three cards show display choices.
Signature
Guests pick from up to 12 house signature scents that you choose. It moves 85 to 100 guests per hour. Scents can be feminine, masculine, or unisex, and many are unisex.
Mini
This perfume blending bar offers more than 60 fragrance materials. Guests start with a base, then layer notes. So it suits showers and intimate birthdays.
Full
Our largest bar holds more than 120 fragrances. It also includes signatures for guests who would rather not blend from scratch. So it pleases both creators and quick choosers.
On a Table
Classic and flexible, a table setup fits homes and private rooms. We bring the linens, too.
On a Luxury Counter
A counter gives galas and corporate events a boutique feel. Also, our mobile perfume counter page shows it up close.
On a Candy Cart
Our own carts, with glass apothecary jars, can hold the bar. Plus, it brings a charming, vintage touch.

For adults, perfume bars start at $500 and are quoted per event, not per person. An itemized proposal follows within 2 business days. Then a 50% deposit reserves the date.

Every format produces an eau de parfum spray, a concentrated perfume. Also, ours is about 50% fragrance material.

From format to finished bottle
- Tell us about the event. First, share your date, guest count, and timing.
- Choose a format. Next, we recommend Signature, Mini, or Full based on your flow.
- Pick the display. Then select a table, a counter, or a candy cart.
- Event day. Our team arrives 1 hour early to set up.
- Wrap up. Afterward, we pack out and leave your space clean.
Individual formulas are not recorded at event bars. However, a fragrance consultation records yours, starting at $650.

What materials do you use?
Absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils. Also, you receive full ingredient and allergen disclosures before the event.
