At the Lip Lab, the first choice is the finish. A lip cream is a liquid lipstick that dries to a soft, velvety matte. A high-shine gloss, meanwhile, catches the light. Then each guest picks a shade from our 16-shade swatch board and fine-tunes it with a host.
Because guests make the product, nobody waits for a turn in a chair. Also, every woman leaves with a custom lip color she will actually wear. As a result, it becomes a keepsake that lives in her purse.

Lip Balm Option

Our 16-shade swatch board takes the guesswork out of choosing. Guests compare shades, then mix with confidence.
Perfume Bar
Then add a second station for a longer evening. Adult perfume bars start at $500, and every blend is an eau de parfum spray.
Photo Booth
After mixing, guests head to our digital photo booth. Fresh color then makes every shot pop.

The Lip Lab needs about 12 x 6 feet and two 6-foot tables. If you need tables, ours are $30 each.

Mokena studio
Opening in January 2027, our studio has a private room for up to 40. Adults may bring their own drinks.
How the Lip Lab comes to you
- Choose the tier. First, pick the Basic or Premium Lip Lab, and add other stations if you like.
- Confirm the plan. Next, review your itemized proposal. A 50% deposit holds the date.
- Add labels. Custom labels are a paid add-on, so order them at booking, about 4 weeks ahead.
- We arrive early. Our hosts set up 1 hour before guests with linens, mirrors, and signage.
- Everyone mixes. Guests create while you host. Afterward, we pack out and clean up.
