A Corporate Perfume Making Class Your Team Will Talk About
A corporate perfume making class gives your team something new to learn together, with a finished fragrance for every person. It is hands-on and focused. It is also genuinely fun, even for colleagues who claim they cannot smell a thing.
For larger programs, our Branded Fragrance Workshop is built for corporate groups, brand launches, and team events. It also travels nationwide for corporate bookings. For a small team in Chicagoland, our Perfume Making 101 Workshop is a simple option, quoted for your group.

- Teams of 4 to 40+
- Travels nationwide
- Quoted per event
- Perfumer-designed
Why a corporate perfume making class builds better teams
Most team events ask people to compete. A perfume class asks them to notice instead. Colleagues smell the same material and describe it differently. As a result, they listen to each other in a new way.
It also levels the room. Nobody arrives as an expert, so the new hire and the director start equal. Then everyone works with the same palette and the same guidance.
Finally, the gift is real. Each person bottles a perfume they built. So the event lives on a desk or a dresser long after the meeting ends.
Share your group size early. Then we can match the format and staffing to your room.

Formats for a corporate perfume making class
Each format teaches the same foundations. However, they differ in scale, depth, and branding, so choose by your goal.

Branded Fragrance Workshop
This tier is made for corporate groups, brand launches, and team events. Guests learn how perfume is structured and write a scent story. Then they make two perfumes, one in class and one at the perfume bar.

Perfume Making 101
This guided class needs a minimum of 3 attendees and is quoted for your team. It comes to your venue or event space anywhere in Chicagoland. So it suits a small department.

The Lesson
First, we explain notes, the single scents inside a perfume. Then we cover fragrance families, meaning groups of scents that share a character. After that, teams learn how perfumers build balance.

The Perfume Bar
In the Branded tier, the second perfume is made at our perfume bar. It is a more playful round, so energy stays high.

Fine Materials
We use absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils. Before we begin, we explain that an absolute is a highly concentrated aroma drawn from a flower.

Custom Labels
Custom labels can carry your company or event name. They are a paid add-on, so order at booking and allow about 4 weeks.
Tell us about your team
Branded events are quoted per event. You will receive an itemized proposal within 2 business days. Then a 50% deposit holds the date.
Ideas for your corporate perfume making class
A theme ties the class to your goals. So here are three ways companies can frame it.
Our finished perfume is an eau de parfum spray, meaning a concentrated perfume. Ours is about 50% fragrance material.
When companies book a perfume class
Teams book us across the year. Our local teams serve Milwaukee and Indianapolis, and the Branded tier travels further for corporate clients.
Team building
This is a team building activity that is calm, creative, and inclusive. So everyone takes part at their own pace.
Offsites and retreats
Add a hands-on hour between planning sessions. It also refreshes the room before the next agenda item.
Brand launches
Pair a launch with a scent story. As a result, guests remember the brand because they smelled it.
Holiday parties
Instead of a gift exchange, each person makes a perfume to take home.
Client events
Host a small group of clients in a private room. Then send them home with a keepsake, rather than a branded pen.
Conferences
A perfume bar gives attendees something to do between sessions. Plus, it draws people to your space.
Where we host corporate classes
Our setup needs about 12 x 6 feet and two 6-foot tables. We bring tables for $30 each if you need them.
Hotel meeting rooms
A meeting room converts easily, because we work around the existing layout.
Restaurant private rooms
Dinner flows right into blending, so the group stays together.
Event venues
Larger venues handle bigger teams. Also, we add hosts as the head count grows.
Out-of-state venues
The Branded Fragrance Workshop travels nationwide for corporate bookings.
Our Mokena studio
The Mokena studio opens in January 2027, with a private room for up to 40.
How a corporate class comes together
- Share the brief. First, tell us your goal, group size, date, and venue.
- Receive a proposal. Next, an itemized proposal arrives within 2 business days.
- Hold the date. Then a 50% deposit secures it, and you can order custom labels.
- We arrive early. On the day, our team sets up 1 hour before your guests.
- Learn, blend, wrap. Finally, your team creates its perfumes, and we pack out.
Full ingredient and allergen disclosures arrive before your event. So HR can share them with attendees ahead of time.
