Usually, younger kids blend kid-friendly scents. Teens, however, get the full blending bar. So that shift tells them they are trusted with real materials.
Also, our perfumes use absolutes, CO2 extracts, and essential oils. An absolute is a highly concentrated aroma drawn from a flower. So teens smell the real thing, not a copy.
Finally, every finished blend is an eau de parfum spray. That means a concentrated perfume, and ours is about 50% fragrance material. As a result, a little goes a long way.
Smell slowly, and step back between notes, especially near the end. Then the blend tells you what it needs next.

Blending follows a simple path. Meanwhile, hosts guide each guest at every stage.
Choose a base
A base is the foundation a perfume is built on. Then teens choose floral, fresh, musk, sophisticated, gourmand (sweet), or masculine.
Layer the notes
Next, guests add notes one at a time. They smell after each drop, so the scent grows slowly.
Lean on signage
Not sure where to start? Signage at the bar also suggests blends. Then a teen can tweak one to make it hers.
Try a signature
The full bar also includes signature scents. They help guests who would rather not blend from scratch.
Bottle it
Finally, the blend goes into a spray bottle as an eau de parfum. Custom labels are an optional add-on, too.
Add a Lip Lab
Pair perfume with lip color for a two-station party. Then guests mix a gloss or lip cream from 16 shades.

The bar needs about 12 x 6 feet and two 6-foot tables. Otherwise, we bring tables for $30 each.

A dining room or patio usually works well, and cleanup is on us.

- Hold the date. A 50% deposit reserves it. Order custom labels now, since they take about 4 weeks.
- Setup. We arrive 1 hour early, then add linens, mirrors, florals, and signage.
- Blend. Hosts guide each guest, and afterward we pack out and tidy up.
