The short answer on wedding perfume bar cost
Every wedding perfume bar we bring starts at $500. That is a flat price for the event, not a charge for each guest. From there, the proposal grows with the size of your guest list, the length of service, the number of stations and how much you personalize.

We build each proposal around your venue and your timeline. You will hear back within two business days with every line itemized.
What drives wedding perfume bar cost
Four things move the number more than anything else: guest count, service length, station count, and how much customization you add. Underneath those four sit the real costs of running a beautiful bar.
Perfumery materials. We blend with absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils. In plain words, these are the concentrated natural extracts perfumers use. Because we formulate from real perfumery materials, they are our largest input cost, and guests use them generously, as they should.
Trained hosts, and enough of them. Our hosts guide guests through the scents, help them blend, then bottle and bag each perfume. More guests and a longer window mean more hosts.
Bottles, styling and signage. Each guest takes home a glass bottle of eau de parfum, a perfume-strength spray made at 50% fragrance material to perfumer's alcohol. Linens and signage in your palette are available as add-ons, so the bar looks like it belongs at your wedding.
Which bar you choose changes the price
We offer three perfume bar formats, and each one moves at a different pace. Pace matters, because the number of guests you want to serve in a given window shapes how many hosts you need.
The Signature Perfume Bar is not a blending bar. Guests choose from up to 12 in-house signature scents that you pick, leaning feminine, masculine or unisex. It moves about 85 to 100 guests per hour, which makes it the natural choice for a big reception.
The Mini Perfume Bar offers 60+ fragrance materials, and the Full Perfume Bar offers 120+, including a family of signature scents for guests who would rather not start from scratch. Both are blending bars and move about 50 guests per hour. They are the right pick when the bar is the entertainment and guests have time to play.

What's included, and what's itemized
Included in your quote: setup, starting one hour before your start time; trained hosts for every guest; pack-out and clean-up; all fragrance materials and bottles; styling and station signage; and a certificate of insurance naming your venue. Linens, lace and customized signage are available as add-ons.
Itemized separately: custom labels with your names and date, a paid add-on printed in advance and ordered at booking; additional stations or extended hours; extra tables at $30 each if your venue has none; and any venue-specific or union labor fees.
There are no travel fees within Chicagoland, greater Milwaukee or the Indianapolis metro. Larger events beyond those areas are quoted in advance, so nothing is a surprise.
How to lower your wedding perfume bar cost
There are easy ways to spend less without losing the moment. Shorten the service window. Choose the Mini bar over the Full bar. Run the station during cocktail hour only. Keep to our standard styling and the standard Glitters and Grace label. Or pick a date outside the busy May, September and December stretch.
The one thing we won't trim is staffing. Too few hosts creates a line, and a line is the one thing guests remember for the wrong reasons.
Where the budget shows up on the day
A perfume bar does three jobs at once. It is entertainment during cocktail hour, it is the favor every guest takes home, and it is a styled piece of decor in your room. Not every guest blends, but nearly all of them watch.
One note for couples who fall in love with a scent: individual formulas are not recorded at event perfume bars. If you want a wedding fragrance you can remake for anniversaries, book a one-to-one fragrance consultation. It is $650, and your formula is recorded.
How booking works
- Share the basics. Send your date, venue, rough guest count and occasion through the booking form.
- Get your proposal. We reply within two business days with an itemized proposal. There is no charge and no obligation.
- Sign and set your count. After you sign, your guest count can go up but not down, so book your lowest expected count.
- Meet your team. A week before the wedding, you receive your host details and arrival time.
- Enjoy the day. We arrive one hour before start time to set up, host every guest, then pack out and clean up.

How far ahead should we book?
Most Saturdays need six to eight weeks, and weddings and dates in May, September and December need longer. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.
What does our venue need to provide?
Tables, or we bring them at $30 each. Linens are available as an add-on, and we can send a certificate of insurance naming your venue.
