A Teen Facial Party Where Skincare Feels Fun

A teen facial party gives her friends a gentle introduction to skincare, guided by people who really know it. Those people are licensed estheticians, meaning licensed skincare professionals. They give each guest a relaxing mini-facial and share simple habits she can keep.

Teens often have questions about cleansing, sunscreen, or what to buy. Here, though, they can ask in a relaxed setting. Then they make a product of their own at the teen skincare bar. For a broader evening, see our teen spa night page.

Why a teen facial party is worth it

Teen skin changes quickly, and advice online can be confusing. That's why a calm, in-person conversation helps. So does a little hands-on care.

First, each guest gets a mini-facial, short and gentle. While she relaxes, the esthetician explains each step in plain words. As a result, guests learn why a routine works, not just what to buy.

Parents appreciate the care, too. You receive full ingredient and allergen disclosures before the party. Plus, our founder formulates the skincare bar bases herself.

Teen-approved

Before the party, write questions on cards and drop them in a jar. Then the esthetician answers them for the whole group, and nobody feels shy.

Teen facial party stations

Mini-facials lead the teen facial party. Then guests rotate through one or two make-your-own bars.

Mini-Facial Round

Mini-facials for teens run longer than the kids' version. Still, each one is relaxing and gentle, never a full treatment.

Starting from unscented bases, guests build a scrub or body butter. Then they choose the fragrance. Formulas stay on file for later.

Salts, scrubs, oils, and botanicals, plus a handmade bath bomb. It is especially lovely for groups who love self-care.

Fragrance notes for blending

Perfume Bar

Blending begins from a base, the foundation a perfume is built on. Next, guests add notes for an eau de parfum spray.

Three ways to shape the day

Facials can anchor very different parties. For instance, try one of these three directions.

Self-care birthdayPair facials with the bath bar for a slower, softer celebration.
Team wind-downAfter a big performance or tournament, facials help everyone reset together.
Did you know?

Our skincare bases are unscented on purpose. That way, each guest picks the fragrance she likes best.

When to host a teen facial party

A few moments make facials feel especially timely.

Thirteenth birthday

A first teen birthday is a natural moment to start a simple routine.

Before picture day

Plan it the week before school photos for a fresh, confident feeling.

Start of summer

Skincare tips for teens about sunscreen feel timely when pool season begins.

Freshman year

Starting high school brings new routines, so a teen facial party sets a gentle one.

Friendship reunion

Camp friends or cousins reunite over mini-facials after a summer apart.

Out-of-town fun

Families in Milwaukee and Indianapolis can book the same party with our local teams.

Where facials feel most relaxing

Quiet matters more than size here. Even so, plan for about 12 x 6 feet and two 6-foot tables.

A facial party at home works best in a calm, closed room.

Family room

Guests spread out across sofas while the stations sit nearby.

Condo party room

Many buildings have one, so check the booking rules.

Church hall

Youth groups can gather together in a familiar space.

Mokena studio

Opening in January 2027, the Mokena studio has a private room for up to 40.

Planning the party, start to finish

  • Reserve. Book 3 to 6 months ahead. Weekends always fill first.
  • Tell us about the group. Next, share ages, guest count, and any sensitivities. Then we plan the esthetician schedule.
  • Review ingredients. Before the party, you receive full ingredient and allergen disclosures.
  • Arrival. Our team comes 1 hour early to set up linens, mirrors, and stations.
  • Facial time. Estheticians lead every round. Finally, we pack out and tidy up.
