Four things to check with your building
High-rise parties have a layer suburban ones don't. None of it is difficult, but it's much easier sorted three weeks out than on the morning.
Freight elevator
Most buildings require it reserved in advance for any vendor load-in, and some restrict it to weekday hours. If yours does, tell us early — we can often work a Friday evening or a Sunday setup around it.
Certificate of insurance
Management usually wants one naming the building and the management company. We issue it at no charge — just send us their exact naming requirements and the address to file it with.
The party room
Most Gold Coast and Streeterville towers have an amenity room or lounge residents can reserve. If yours does, book it — it's usually free or nominal, and it's a far easier setup than a compact unit.
Loading & check-in
Dock, alley or front door? Doorman check-in or a management sign-in? We'll follow whatever the building wants. Just tell us which, and give the desk our arrival time.

Downtown birthdays aren't limited by budget. They're limited by square footage, building rules, and the fact that nobody wants to move eight children across the city on a Saturday.
We work at-home spa parties and girls pamper parties across the Gold Coast, Streeterville, River North and Near North — Astor Street and State Parkway, the Lake Shore Drive buildings, the towers off Michigan and Chestnut, and the newer River North developments. The calendar here runs on the independent school year — Latin, Frances Xavier Warde, Ogden, British International, Catherine Cook and Near North Montessori. Spring fills with birthdays and end-of-season parties. Summer thins out as families leave the city. Autumn brings tween sleepover add-ons and Sweet 16s, and December is our busiest month downtown by a distance. Book Gold Coast Saturdays six to eight weeks out, and longer if your building needs a freight elevator booking.
Build your own party, one station at a time
Most parents pick two or three stations, or one of our packages. In a compact unit we run them one after another rather than side by side, so the room never feels crowded.
Prices are a base for up to 8 guests. Contact us for a proposal above 8. Every station includes all materials, take-home packaging, staffing, setup and cleanup. Single stations can be combined with a second station or an add-on to meet our $475 event minimum.
The Mini Perfume Bar
60 kid-friendly fragrance options across florals, fruits, gourmands and fresh notes, plus our signature line inspired by the scents kids and tweens already love. They smell, explore, blend and bottle their own perfume, then take it home in a gift bag. Runs on a single table.

A dining table or kitchen island is all we need. We bring our own tables if yours are staying put, and we run stations one after another when the room is compact. Vintage co-ops and newer towers alike.
Your building's party room
Most towers here have one, and residents often forget it exists. Usually free or nominal, always easier than a compact unit, and the freight elevator conversation happens once instead of twice.
Hotel suites
Popular for out-of-town family celebrations and larger teen parties. We coordinate directly with the hotel on load-in, timing and any vendor requirements.
Park District fieldhouses
If the guest list has outgrown the building, Chicago Park District fieldhouses rent rooms for parties. Call the park directly for pricing, book the room, and we'll bring the station.

Buildings, pricing and packages
Our building needs a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?
Yes, as standard and at no charge. Send us your management company's exact naming requirements and the address to file it with, and we'll issue it directly to them.
If they also want a W-9, a vendor registration, or our hosts' names in advance, tell us — none of it is unusual and all of it is easier three weeks out than three days out.
What about the freight elevator?
Most downtown buildings require it reserved in advance for any vendor load-in, and some restrict it to weekday business hours — which is worth checking early if your party is on a Saturday.
If yours is weekday-only, we can often work around it: a Friday evening setup, a Sunday slot, or a smaller station that loads in through the passenger lift. Tell us the building's rules when you book and we'll find the version that works.
Should we use our building's party room instead of our unit?
Usually, yes. Most Gold Coast and Streeterville towers have an amenity room or lounge residents can reserve, it's typically free or nominal, and it's a far easier setup than a compact unit with eight children in it.
Two things to check: whether there's warm water access if you're booking mini facials, and whether the room has its own rules on outside vendors. We'll work to either.
How much does a kids spa party cost in the Gold Coast?
Parties start at $475. Individual stations run $375 to $675 for up to 8 guests, and packages run $675 to $1,050 for up to 8 guests.
Our most popular downtown booking, the Perfume & Lip Gloss package, is $795 for 8 guests. There are no travel fees anywhere in the city, no service fees and no automatic gratuity — the number in your proposal is the number you pay.
Our unit is small. How much space do you actually need?
One dining table or kitchen island is enough for a single station. We bring our own tables if yours are staying put, and everything we use is designed to work on a single surface.
If you've booked two or three stations and the room is tight, we run them one after another instead of side by side. The party still works — it just flows in sequence.
Where will you park?
Downtown we plan for the dock or a garage rather than the street. Tell us whether your building has a loading dock, an alley entrance or valet, and we'll arrange our arrival around it.
If the only option is a paid garage, we absorb it — there's no parking line on your proposal.
Is it messy? We don't have a basement to hide it in.
Less than you'd expect, and it matters more in a downtown unit than anywhere else. Our stations are designed around contained pours and covered surfaces. We bring our own linens and protective coverings, and aprons are provided for the Lip Lab.
We set up completely, run the activity, and pack out with the table as we found it. Cleanup is included in every price on this page.
What ages are these parties for?
Activities are designed for ages 7 and up, packages suit ages 8 and up, and we happily host children as young as 4.
For younger children we recommend Glitter & Glow, built for ages 5–10. Tweens gravitate to the skincare bar and Lip Lab. The Lip Lab Premium is designed for 16 and up, which makes it our most-booked downtown Sweet 16 station.
Are party favors included, or do I need to buy those separately?
Included. Every guest leaves with what they made — a custom perfume, lip gloss, body butter, scrub, bath soak or candy bag, depending on your package, in a gift bag.
The activity and the favor are the same thing, so that's one line item off your list and one fewer errand.
Which neighbourhoods do you serve?

How far in advance should we book?
Six to eight weeks covers most downtown Saturdays. December is our busiest month here by a distance, so book that earlier.
Allow extra time if your building needs a freight elevator reservation or a vendor certificate filed — those are the two things that most often push a booking back.
Are the products safe for children with sensitive skin?
All fragrance, skincare, bath and cosmetic materials are skin-safe, IFRA compliant and sourced from US suppliers. Everything is formulated, packed and hand-crafted in our New Lenox lab.
Ingredient lists are available in advance for any parent who wants to review them. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book and we'll plan around them — a child can always take their creation home without applying anything at the party.
