Custom labels for each bottle are a paid add-on, printed in advance. Order them when you book, and allow about 4 weeks.

Our setup takes about 12 x 6 feet and two 6-foot tables. If you're short on tables, ours are $30 each.

- Start early. Book 3 to 6 months ahead, since weekends fill first.
- Pick stations. First, share your guest count and colors. Next, we suggest a mix that fits your rooms.
- Hold the date. A 50% deposit confirms it. Order custom labels at the same time.
- We arrive. Our team comes an hour early and brings linens and decor.
- Celebrate. Hosts guide every guest. Then we pack out and clean up.

If you can clear about 12 x 6 feet and fit two 6-foot tables, it works.
