We've set up at almost every Hilton in the city, at The Godfrey Hotel Chicago and at Marriott hotels. So we understand docks, service elevators and banquet timelines. What a Hotel Preferred Vendor Should Bring
Hotel events move fast. Ballrooms often flip from a breakfast meeting to an evening reception, while banquet captains run tight schedules. So a hotel preferred vendor needs to arrive on time, work cleanly and leave on cue. Our team arrives one hour before guests and packs out as soon as the event ends.
Your clients, meanwhile, want something guests will talk about. Even better, a hotel wedding with a perfume bar gives every guest a bottle of eau de parfum, blended from absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils. Also, for a corporate group, a Lip Lab or perfume bar adds a hands-on break between sessions.
Then there is the guest experience itself. A suite party, such as a bridal getting-ready morning or a VIP gathering, feels more special with a small blending bar in the room. As a result, your hotel becomes the place where the memorable moments happened.

Custom Perfume Bar

The Lip Lab runs with 2 to 3 hosts and serves about 100 guests in roughly 3 hours, even at a busy reception. It works well in prefunction spaces during long receptions.

Hotel teams find many uses for our bars, especially during wedding season. These three come up often.
Wedding packages
First, offer a perfume bar as a wedding package upgrade. Custom labels with the couple's names or date are a paid add-on, printed in advance and ordered at booking.
Meetings and conferences
Add a Lip Lab or perfume bar to a conference break, a client appreciation dinner or a team building session. See corporate fragrance events.
Suite and VIP moments
Bridal suites, VIP welcome parties and holiday gatherings feel even more personal with a small blending bar. Later, guests remember your hotel whenever they wear the scent.
Working Inside Your Hotel
We plan each setup with your event team, from the dock to the last bottle. That is what a good hotel preferred vendor does.
Docks and elevators
Tell us where vendors load in and which elevator to use. Then we arrive one hour early to allow for it.
Room flips
When a ballroom is turning over, we work around your banquet team's schedule. Then we set up quickly once the room is ready.
Linens and tables
We bring linens too. Tables come from your hotel or the client, or we bring them for $30 each.
Guest counts
Large receptions suit our Signature bar, which serves 85 to 100 guests an hour. Smaller dinners, on the other hand, suit a blending bar at about 50 guests an hour.
Pricing for Hotel Clients
Adult perfume bars start at $500 and are quoted per event, not per guest. So they are easy to add to a banquet proposal. Partner pricing and repeat-booking rewards are available to hotel partners too, so ask us for details.

Two studios
A Studio Beyond the Ballroom
Our first studio opens in Mokena in January 2027 at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. Its party room holds up to 40 guests and also includes a kitchen. Also, guests can walk in or book an appointment to make perfume or lip color.
A second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028. So hotel guests who love their scent can visit us later. Meanwhile, every hotel event still gets our full mobile setup.

Apply

Onboarding
Then we schedule a call with your catering or sales team. We review your vendor policies and how referrals work.
Refer or book
Your team can refer clients to us, or book the bar directly for a group. We also reply to inquiries within two business days.
Event and commission
First, we set up, host and clean up on the day. Afterward, commission is paid according to the program terms.

Can you set up in a guest suite?
Yes, if your hotel allows outside vendors in suites. Tell us the suite size, and we will suggest a format.

Does the bar work for conferences?
Yes. A perfume bar or Lip Lab makes a lively break, and the Signature format serves large groups quickly.
Do you serve hotels outside Chicago?
Yes. Besides Chicagoland, we have teams in Milwaukee and Indianapolis.
Can our hotel be featured on your website?
Featuring partners on our website is also one of the program perks. Ask us for details.
Do your hosts need anything from our staff?
Only a place to set up and the load-in plan. Otherwise, we bring the bar, supplies and linens.
What do guests take home?
Each guest leaves with an eau de parfum spray bottle that carries the Glitters & Grace label, or a custom label if the client ordered one.
