Bring Something Guests Will Remember After Checkout
Luxury hotel event entertainment should feel as polished as the lobby. So our perfume bar, Lip Lab and candy cart arrive styled, staffed and ready. Then guests make a gift they carry back up to their rooms.
Across Chicago and its suburbs, we've set up at almost every Hilton in the city, at The Godfrey Hotel Chicago, at Marriott hotels and at many other luxury hotels across Chicagoland. Because of that, we know how a hotel event day moves. We also know how to stay out of the way while it does.

What Luxury Hotel Event Entertainment Looks Like
A hotel event has many moving parts. There is a cocktail hour in the prefunction foyer (the open space just outside the ballroom doors). Next comes dinner, then dancing, then an after-party in a suite. Meanwhile, the hotel's banquet captain (the staff member who runs your event on the day) keeps everything on schedule.
Our bars slip into that rhythm. For example, a perfume bar in the foyer gives early arrivals a warm welcome. Later, a Lip Lab near the dance floor draws a steady crowd between songs. Also, a candy cart by the exit sends everyone off with a sweet bag for the elevator ride.
For hotel event staff, luxury hotel event entertainment is also an easy amenity to suggest. It needs no kitchen, no open flame and no rigging. We bring linens, set up on a table, a luxury counter or a candy cart, and pack up neatly at the end. In short, it adds a lot to the room without adding work for your team.
Hotel Event Ideas, Room by Room
Hotels host every kind of celebration, so luxury hotel event entertainment should suit each one. Here are three of our favorite ways to use the space, from the ballroom to the top floor.
The ballroom wedding
At a hotel ballroom wedding, set the perfume bar in the foyer for cocktail hour. Then guests carry their bottles to dinner. Custom labels with your names cost extra and print ahead of time, so we order them when you book. Learn more on our Chicago wedding page.
The conference break
Conference planners look for a conference guest experience that is not another panel. A hospitality suite is a private room a company books so guests can relax between sessions. One of our favorite hospitality suite ideas is a perfume bar or skincare bar, which makes a welcome pause. See our corporate events page for more.
The bridal suite morning
A bridal suite party is a sweet way to fill the hours before photos. Try a Bath and Body bar or a small Lip Lab while the bride and her friends get ready. Then everyone has a keepsake from the morning.
Our Bars for Hotel Ballrooms and Suites
Pick the bars that suit the room and the crowd. Each one fits a ballroom, a foyer or a suite, and each one makes a lovely piece of luxury hotel event entertainment.

Custom Perfume Bar
At our perfume bar experience, each guest builds a personal eau de parfum. We work with essential oils, CO2 extracts and absolutes, blended by hand in our New Lenox lab. Choose Signature for big receptions, or Mini and Full for true blending.

Luxury Lip Lab
The Lip Lab invites everyone to create their own gloss or lip color to match an outfit. It usually runs with 2 to 3 hosts and serves about 100 guests in roughly 3 hours.

Learn moreLoad-In and Setup at a Luxury Hotel
Hotel events run on careful timing. Here is how luxury hotel event entertainment from our team usually comes together behind the scenes.
Docks and elevators
Most hotels route vendors through a loading dock and a service elevator, rather than the lobby. So we ask the hotel for its vendor route and arrival window ahead of time.
One hour early
We arrive a full hour before guests do. That way, every bar is styled by the time anyone steps off the elevator.
Tables and linens
Linens travel with us. Tables come from the hotel, or we can supply them at $30 each. Then hosts usually dress them to suit the room.
The hotel's rules
Every hotel writes its own outside-vendor policy. So ask your event manager for it early, and we will honor it on the day.
Pricing for Luxury Hotel Event Entertainment
Perfume bars for adults begin at $500, quoted per event instead of per head. After that, your quote reflects the bars, the hours and the size of the room. We answer every inquiry within 2 business days.
See every number on our pricing page.
Two studios
Try a Blend at Our Studio First
Want to see the bar before you book it for a ballroom? In January 2027, we open our first studio in Mokena, at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. Planners and hotel teams can walk in or make an appointment to create perfume or lip color.
There is also a private party room that holds 40 guests at most, plus a kitchen for groups who bring their own food. Meanwhile, our Chicago studio follows in late 2028. Of course, hotel events always get a mobile setup on site.

Questions About Luxury Hotel Event Entertainment
Which hotels have you worked in?
We've set up at almost every Hilton in Chicago, at The Godfrey Hotel Chicago, at Marriott hotels and at many other upscale hotels around Chicagoland.
Can you set up in a hotel suite?
Yes, if the hotel allows outside vendors in its suites. A small Lip Lab or Bath and Body bar fits nicely in a bridal or hospitality suite.
How many guests can you serve in a ballroom?
Signature, our quickest perfume format, handles 85 to 100 guests each hour. Blending bars handle about 50, so we often pair bars for very large rooms.
Do you need power or water?
Tell us about your room, and we will talk through what each bar needs before the day.
Will you work with our banquet captain?
Yes. We coordinate timing and placement with the hotel's event team, and we follow the hotel's outside-vendor policy.
Is the perfume alcohol-based?
Yes. Everything from the perfume bar is an eau de parfum spray. Attars (an alcohol-free perfume oil) are available on request at booking.
Do you handle food or drinks?
No. The hotel's catering team takes care of food and drinks. We bring the fragrance and beauty bars, and we keep them stocked all night.
Do you offer anything for hotels that book often?
Yes. If your hotel books four or more of our events a year, our partner program pays an 11% commission. Ask us for details on the other perks.
