At the Lip Lab, guests mix their own lip gloss or lip color. It usually runs with 2 to 3 hosts and serves about 100 guests in roughly 3 hours.

Planner Details We Handle for You
After all, you should never have to explain our setup to a venue. So here is what we cover through the event planner referral program, and what we need from you.
Load-in timing
Our team arrives one hour early. Tell us the venue's load-in rules, and we will plan around them and around your other vendors.
Tables and linens
We bring linens. Your client provides tables, or we bring them for $30 each, so the floor plan stays in your hands.
Guest flow
A Signature bar moves 85 to 100 guests an hour, while a blending bar serves about 50. So we help you choose the format that suits the guest count.
Custom labels
Also, labels with the couple's names or the date are a paid add-on. Since they are printed in advance, order them at booking. We do not print on site.

Two studios
A Studio Your Clients Can Visit
Our Mokena studio opens in January 2027 at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. It has a party room for up to 40 guests and a kitchen, which suits a small shower or a client thank-you party. Adults can bring their own beverages to the party room, too.
Also, clients can walk in or book an appointment to make perfume or lip color before the big day. A second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028. For larger groups, we still come to the venue you have chosen.

On event day, we set up, host and clean up. Afterward, your commission is paid according to the program terms.

Yes. We travel across Chicagoland, and we also keep teams in Milwaukee and Indianapolis.
Who are your hosts?
Our event hosts are women who guide guests warmly through each bar. Meanwhile, they keep the station tidy all event long.
