Your staff also needs vendors who respect the building. First, our team arrives one hour early, works within your load-in rules and keeps the station neat. Then, at the end of the night, we pack everything out. Because of that, your event manager can focus on the room, not on us.

Arrival
We arrive one hour early to set up. Share your loading dock, elevator and parking rules, and we will plan around them.
Footprint
Also, any format fits on a table, a luxury counter or a candy cart. Tell us the space you have, and we will suggest the right setup.
Tables and linens
We bring linens. Your venue or the client provides tables, or we bring them for $30 each.
Cleanup
When the event ends, we pack out our station and supplies. So your crew can turn the room on schedule.
Pricing for Your Venue's Clients
Adult perfume bars start at $500 and are quoted per event, not per head. That way, your clients see one clear number for the bars they choose. Partner pricing for your venue's own events is also available, so ask us for details.

Two studios
Our Studio and Your Venue Work Together
Our Mokena studio opens in January 2027 with a party room for up to 40 guests. It is made for small gatherings. Meanwhile, groups larger than 40 get a mobile event at their own venue, which may well be yours.
The studio also welcomes walk-ins and appointments to make perfume or lip color. A second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028. Later, guests who fell in love with a scent at your venue can reorder their fragrance.

Can our clients book you directly?
Yes. Your clients can call us directly, or your team can book on their behalf.
How much space does a bar need?
It depends on the format and guest count. Any format can sit on a table, a luxury counter or a candy cart, so we fit many rooms.
How many guests can you serve?
The Signature perfume bar moves 85 to 100 guests an hour. Blending bars serve about 50 an hour, and a Lip Lab serves about 100 guests in roughly 3 hours.
Will you follow our vendor policies?
Yes. Share them during onboarding, and we will plan every setup around them. In fact, following your rules is the heart of our preferred vendor program for venues.
Do you bring tables?
We bring linens every time. Tables come from your venue or the client, or we bring them for $30 each.
Can our venue appear on your website?
Featuring partner venues on our website is also one of the program perks. Ask us for details.
