For example, the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel is one well-known name in the area, and we come to hotels like it if your venue allows outside vendors. Large rooms like these need an activity that moves people. So our Signature perfume bar lets guests pick from up to 12 house scents, with no blending required. In fact, it moves 85 to 100 guests an hour. Then, for smaller groups, a blending bar adds a slower, hands-on moment at about 50 guests an hour.
We've set up at almost every Hilton in Chicago, Marriott hotels and many luxury hotels across Chicagoland. As a result, hotel event teams find our process familiar. Still, every property runs its own way. So we always ask your venue about its outside-vendor policy before we plan a single detail.

House rules first
Some hotels keep a preferred vendor list (the short list of outside vendors a venue recommends to its clients). So check your venue's outside-vendor policy, and we will follow it.
Room flow
For a big group, we suggest a spot near the reception or foyer. That way, the line never blocks a doorway or the buffet.

Adult perfume bars start at $500, quoted per event rather than per head. So your total depends on the bars, hours and guest count. We answer every inquiry within 2 business days.

Two studios
Mokena Today, Chicago Next
Our first studio opens in Mokena in January 2027 at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. The party room seats up to 40 guests, and families can bring their own food to the kitchen. So it suits a small team outing or a birthday.
Walk-ins and appointments are welcome to make perfume or lip color. Then a second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028. Of course, larger Schaumburg groups get a mobile bar at their own venue.

Pick the bars
Next, choose a perfume bar format plus any add-ons. Custom labels are a paid add-on, ordered at booking.
We handle setup
On the day, we arrive one hour early, set up and greet guests.
We clear the room
After the event, we pack up neatly, so the venue team can reset the space.
