Schaumburg is a working town. Office campuses, hotel ballrooms and convention space line the Woodfield corridor, and many of them have wide hallways, ground-level loading and surface parking. That makes our setup simple, and it often lets us say yes to tighter timelines.
A room with only a bar and a buffet tends to empty out early. A station gives people a reason to stay. It also starts conversations between people who rarely sit together. Someone from accounting debates vanilla versus vetiver with someone from IT, and the whole room loosens up.

Lip Lab
Guests mix a soft lip cream or a high-shine gloss from a 16-shade swatch board. It is poured and packaged on the spot. Plan on 2 to 3 hosts and about 3 hours for 100 guests.
Bath & Body Bar
Guests build a custom bath soak from salts, botanicals and fragrance, plus a hand-made bath bomb. It moves fast and runs without power, so it suits an atrium or a conference foyer.
Skincare Bar

Premium sweets in glass apothecary jars on our candy carts, styled to your colors. It is our fastest station, so we often place it near the entrance beside a slower one.

Most Saturdays need six to eight weeks, and December needs longer. Weekday corporate dates often have more room. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.

- Review an itemized proposal. We reply within two business days. The proposal costs nothing and carries no obligation.
- Sign and lock your count. Once the contract is signed, your guest count can go up but not down, so book your lowest expected count.
- Get your host details. One week out, you receive host names and arrival time for your venue contact.
- We run the station. The team arrives one hour early, hosts every guest, then packs out and cleans up.
