Arrival
Our team arrives one hour early. We confirm the load-in entrance and timing with your venue first.
Tables and linens
We bring linens. Then tables come from the client or venue, or we bring them for $30 each.
Space
A Mini bar fits a single table, while a Full bar needs a longer run. So a quick photo of the room helps us plan.
Policies
Some venues keep a preferred vendor list (the short list of outside vendors a venue recommends to its clients). So check your venue's outside-vendor policy, and we will follow it.

Two studios
Our Mokena Studio, With Chicago Ahead
Our first studio opens in Mokena in January 2027 at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. Its party room welcomes up to 40 guests, and families can bring food to the kitchen. Adults may bring their own drinks, too.
Also, guests can walk in or book ahead to make perfume or lip color. After that, a second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028. Meanwhile, Hinsdale and Oak Brook groups larger than 40 get a mobile event at their own venue.

Adult perfume bars start at $500, quoted per event rather than per guest. So the total reflects your bars, hours and guest count. We reply within 2 business days.

Next, check the outside-vendor policy, and we will coordinate timing with the event staff.
Set up
Our women-led team arrives one hour early with linens and every supply.
Pack out
After the last guest finishes, we pack up and leave the room ready for the venue.
