North Shore event venues have a gracious, lakeside feel, and our bars are made to match it. We bring a custom perfume bar, a Lip Lab, a skincare bar and a candy cart to clubs, gardens and homes. Then each guest leaves with something they made.
The North Shore runs along Lake Michigan from Evanston through Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe and Highland Park to Lake Forest. Across Chicagoland, we've set up at Marriott hotels and many upscale hotels. So we know how to move gently through a beautiful room, whether you host there or manage its events.
What North Shore Event Venues Look Like
Many celebrations here happen at a North Shore country club. These clubs often have a ballroom, a terrace and lawns that run toward a golf course or the lake. Gardens draw a crowd too. For example, the Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe is the kind of venue we come to, if your venue allows outside vendors. Meanwhile, park district spaces by the beach make a lovely setting for a lakefront party in summer.
Still, many of the warmest gatherings happen at home. A home event on the North Shore might fill a sunroom, a library or a tented backyard. In that case, a single perfume bar or Lip Lab table becomes the center of the party. Wherever you host, we fit the bars to the room.

Clubs, gardens and homes each need a slightly different plan. So here is what we confirm first.
Arrival and access
We confirm the drive, entrance and parking with the venue or homeowner. Then our hosts arrive one hour before guests to set up.
Outdoor plans
Terraces and tents are lovely in summer. However, lake breezes and quick showers happen, so we always plan an indoor backup.
Tables at home or at the club
Linens come with us. The venue or host provides tables, or we bring them for $30 each. Many hosts then dress them in their party colors.
Each venue's rules
Clubs and gardens set their own rules for outside vendors. So check your venue's outside-vendor policy before you book.
Pricing at North Shore Event Venues
Each adult perfume bar starts at $500 and is quoted for the whole event, not per person. Then the bars you pick, the hours and your guest count set the final number. We respond to inquiries within 2 business days.

Two studios
Studio Visits Before Your Event
North Shore hosts are welcome to visit our first studio, opening in Mokena in January 2027 at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. You can walk in or book an appointment to make perfume or lip color, then decide which bar suits your party.
For a smaller gathering, the studio party room fits as many as 40 guests, with a kitchen for your own food. Closer to home, a second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028. Larger events, of course, get a full mobile setup at your venue.

Tell us your plans
First, share the town, venue, date and guest count. Then we suggest bars that suit the setting.
Confirm the details
Next, we check access, placement and any outdoor plans with you or the venue.
Arrive an hour early
On the day, our hosts set up an hour ahead with linens, so everything is ready when guests arrive.
Enjoy, then we tidy
Finally, guests make their keepsakes. Afterward, we pack up and leave the space tidy.

Which North Shore towns do you serve?
We serve all the North Shore event venues from Evanston to Lake Forest. That includes Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe, Highland Park and the towns around them as well.
Can you set up at a private home?
Yes. A home event on the North Shore is one of our favorite settings. A single bar fits a dining room, sunroom or tented yard.
Can you set up outdoors by the lake?
Yes, with an indoor or covered backup. Also, check whether the park or venue allows outside vendors.
Do you work at country clubs?
Yes, if the club allows outside vendors. We coordinate load-in and placement with the club's event staff.
Do you offer kids and teen parties on the North Shore?

Can we add custom labels?
Yes. Custom labels, for example with a name or date, are a paid add-on. Because we print them in advance, please order them when you book.
Do you bring tables?
We bring linens for every bar. Also, if you need tables, we can bring them for $30 each.
