- Labor rulesMcCormick Place uses union trades for most setup work, through each show's general services contractor (the official decorator that manages the floor). So we plan our setup to fit your show's exhibitor manual.
- Food and candySAVOR...Chicago is the exclusive food and beverage provider, and sampling is also tightly limited. For booths here we usually recommend the perfume bar or Lip Lab over the candy bar; check your show's current rules.
- TransitThe Green Line's Cermak-McCormick Place stop is a short walk from the West Building, while Metra Electric stops inside the South Building.

Corporate perfume bar pricing at McCormick Place and in the South Loop
Corporate perfume bars start at $500 and are quoted per event, rather than per guest. As a result, your quote reflects guest count, bar style, staffing, hours, and any custom labels.
We arrive with the bar, linens, displays, and signage, and our team arrives one hour before your first guest. Then we host every guest and, afterward, pack out cleanly.
Travel within our core service radius is included, and anything beyond it is itemized in your proposal. We also send an itemized proposal within two business days. After that, a 50% deposit holds your date.

Can you staff our McCormick Place booth for the full show?
Yes. We staff single receptions as well as full multi-day shows. Tell us your show hours and expected traffic, so we can size the team.
How do McCormick Place labor rules affect your setup?
Most setup work there goes through union trades hired by the show's general services contractor. We review your exhibitor manual with you, then plan our setup to match it.
Can we hand out candy at a McCormick Place booth?
Food and sampling there are tightly controlled through the exclusive caterer, SAVOR...Chicago. We usually suggest the perfume bar or Lip Lab instead; check your show's current rules if you want candy.
How much booth space do you need?
About 12 by 6 feet for one station, and often less for the Signature Perfume Bar. Send us your booth layout, and then we will fit the bar to it.
Can you also host our client reception after the show?
Yes. The connected Hyatt Regency and Marriott Marquis are a short walk from the floor, and a perfume bar works beautifully for an evening reception.
