A Corporate Perfume Bar for Chicago's Loop and Downtown Offices
A corporate perfume bar gives a Chicago event something a ballroom and an open bar can't: every guest blends a fragrance of their own with a host beside them, then carries it home with your company's name on the label. Glitters & Grace brings the full bar to Loop hotel ballrooms, LaSalle Street conference floors, and downtown rooftops.
Downtown Chicago is the largest central business district in the country outside Midtown Manhattan, so your guests have been to every kind of company party. A beautiful, fully staffed beauty bar gives them a reason to slow down, talk to someone new, and remember whose event it was.

Why a corporate perfume bar works in Chicago
The Loop takes its name from the elevated train tracks that circle downtown. It runs from the Chicago River on the north and west to Ida B. Wells Drive on the south, with Lake Michigan to the east. Corner offices here belong to some of the country's best-known companies, including United Airlines at Willis Tower, ADM on Wacker Drive, and Northern Trust on LaSalle Street.
That mix sets a high bar for corporate events. For example, planners here host client dinners for financial firms, holiday parties for thousands, and leadership receptions in historic rooms. A corporate perfume bar fits all three Chicago formats, because it is elegant enough for a boardroom crowd and quick enough for a packed ballroom. Our most requested Chicago events are Loop holiday parties, client evenings for LaSalle Street firms, rooftop receptions, and women's network gatherings.

Chicago venues our bars fit
Our bars need about 12 by 6 feet and two 6-foot tables, so they fit grand ballrooms and rooftop lounges alike. These downtown rooms are typical of where Loop companies celebrate.
Hyatt Regency Chicago
On Wacker Drive, with 240,000 square feet of meeting space and a Grand Ballroom that holds up to 3,000 guests. A Signature Perfume Bar plus a candy bar keeps a room this size moving.
Chicago Cultural Center
Preston Bradley Hall sits beneath a 38-foot Tiffany glass dome with more than 60,000 pieces of glass. It is a stunning backdrop for a perfume bar at a leadership reception.
ROOF on theWit
A year-round rooftop with views of the Loop and the river, well suited to a client evening with a Lip Lab or perfume bar.
Cindy's at the Chicago Athletic Association
A 13th-floor rooftop overlooking Millennium Park, lovely for an intimate team celebration.
AIRE at Hyatt Centric The Loop
A rooftop setting for summer socials and after-work client events.
Cerise at Virgin Hotels Chicago
A 26th-floor rooftop for smaller receptions and women's network gatherings.
Which bars fit Chicago companies
Book one bar or combine several. For rooms over about 100 guests, however, two stations spread people out and keep lines short.
Corporate Perfume Bar
The natural choice for LaSalle Street client evenings and Loop holiday parties. Our Signature style serves 85 to 100 guests an hour, so it keeps pace with a downtown ballroom.

Planning a Chicago event: the logistics
- Train serviceState/Lake station is closed for reconstruction into 2029, so point guests to Clark/Lake or Washington/Wabash instead.
- Freight and docksMost Loop towers and hotels require a scheduled dock window and the freight elevator. We book both in advance and arrive an hour before your first guest.
- InsuranceWe send a certificate of insurance (often called a COI, the proof of coverage venues require) naming your building or hotel, on its timeline.
- DistanceThe Loop is about 35 miles from our Mokena studio, so downtown is home turf for our Chicago team.

Glitters & Grace was founded by Cheryl Gleason, a trained perfumer, a cosmetic and skincare formulator, and the creative force behind every bar we bring to your event.

Corporate perfume bar pricing in Chicago
Corporate perfume bars start at $500 and are quoted per event, rather than per guest. As a result, your quote reflects guest count, bar style, staffing, hours, and any custom labels.
We arrive with the bar, linens, displays, and signage, and our team arrives one hour before your first guest. Then we host every guest and, afterward, pack out cleanly.
Travel within our core service radius is included, and anything beyond it is itemized in your proposal. We also send an itemized proposal within two business days. After that, a 50% deposit holds your date.
Corporate perfume bar Chicago FAQs
Do you bring a corporate perfume bar to offices in the Loop?
Yes. We set up in office lobbies, conference floors, and cafeterias as often as in hotels. Send us your building's freight rules with your booking, and we will schedule around them.
Can you set up in a historic venue like the Chicago Cultural Center?
Yes. Our bars arrive styled on tables, a luxury counter, or our candy cart, and we follow each venue's rules for load-in, floor protection, and timing. We confirm the details with the venue's event team before your date.
What works for a 1,000-guest ballroom holiday party?
Pair the Signature Perfume Bar, which serves 85 to 100 guests an hour with no blending step, with a candy bar near the entrance. For even larger rooms, we add hosts or a second perfume station.
How should our guests get there by train?
The Loop is served by five L lines plus Metra at Union Station and Ogilvie. While State/Lake is closed, Clark/Lake and Washington/Wabash are the closest alternatives for the north side of the Loop.
How far ahead should Chicago companies book?
Three to six months for most corporate dates. Downtown December Thursdays and Fridays fill first, often by late summer.
