Corporate Skincare Bar McCormick Place: The Quiet Room After the Show Floor
A corporate skincare bar at McCormick Place belongs off the show floor, in a quiet room where your best clients can finally sit down. Each guest works with a licensed esthetician, a state-licensed skincare professional, and makes four products formulated for their skin goal.
Exhibitors spend long days on their feet across the North, South, West, and Lakeside buildings. Yet the complex also holds 173 meeting rooms, and nearly 3,000 hotel rooms connect to it. So a calm, seated thank-you is never far from the aisle.

Why a corporate skincare bar works at McCormick Place and in the South Loop
A booth needs speed, and that is a job for the corporate perfume bar, which moves far more guests per hour. The skincare bar does something different. Instead, it gives 10 to 15 VIPs about 1.5 to 2 hours of real conversation with your team. Then it sends them home with a facial moisturizer, a body butter, a lotion, and a scrub.
Guests choose dry skin, acne-prone skin, or anti-aging, the most popular goal. Next, they add oils, serums, and add-ins; a serum is a lightweight treatment with a high concentration of active ingredients, like a hydrating or brightening one. Because the bases are unscented, each guest decides on fragrance, or none. Our most requested McCormick Place skincare bar bookings are VIP client events in a nearby suite, executive dinners for exhibitor leadership, women's leadership dinners during big shows, and exhibitor team appreciation once the booth comes down.

Who books a corporate skincare bar at McCormick Place and in the South Loop
Exhibitor leadership
Sales leaders and executives fly in for shows like the Chicago Auto Show in February and RSNA's radiology meeting in November. A corporate skincare bar near McCormick Place gives them one unhurried evening with key accounts, away from the badge scanners.
Show staff after teardown
Your booth crew and event planners carry the whole show. So a small corporate skincare bar near McCormick Place, seated and quiet, tells the team their work was seen. Invite HR and office staff, too.
Women's leadership circles
If your company gathers its senior women during a show, the skincare bar gives that group a focus that is not another panel. Plus, everyone leaves with a set formulated for her own skin goal.
What guests make at the skincare bar
First, each guest chooses a skin goal. Then a licensed esthetician helps her add oils, serums, and add-ins. A serum is a lightweight treatment with a high concentration of active ingredients, such as a hydrating or brightening serum. Our bases are unscented on purpose, so each guest adds her own fragrance, or none at all. We also keep every formulation on file, so a favorite can be made again.
The bar is seated and unhurried. It usually runs 1.5 to 2 hours for 10 to 15 guests, and it is designed for groups of 20 and under. For a larger room, however, the corporate perfume bar at McCormick Place and in the South Loop or the Lip Lab moves more guests per hour. Full ingredient and allergen details are on our allergens and safety page.

Corporate skincare bar McCormick Place FAQs
Can we run a corporate skincare bar at McCormick Place inside our booth?
We suggest a different spot. The skincare bar is seated, takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and suits 20 guests or fewer. Instead, host it in a suite or meeting room, and let the corporate perfume bar handle booth traffic.
How many VIPs should we invite?
Ten to 15 is the sweet spot, and the bar is designed for groups of 20 and under. For a larger client reception, pair the corporate skincare bar at McCormick Place with a faster station.
Who formulates the products?
Founder Cheryl Gleason, a cosmetic and skincare formulator and trained perfumer, develops every base in our own lab. Then licensed estheticians guide guests at the event, and full allergen disclosures are on our allergens and safety page.
Can you also serve a client dinner at the Marriott Marquis?
Yes. The Marriott Marquis Chicago has direct access to McCormick Place and Wintrust Arena. For a seated VIP group, though, ask the hotel for a smaller room rather than the Grand Horizon Ballroom.
How far is McCormick Place from your studio?
About 32 to 34 miles from our Mokena studio, so it is an easy drive for our team. We arrive one hour before guests, and proposals arrive within two business days.
