A Perfume Bar for the Nineteenth Hole
Our golf course event entertainment turns the clubhouse into a place to linger. After the round, guests blend a custom perfume, mix a lip color or fill a bag from our candy cart. Then they carry home a gift they made themselves.
Golfers have a name for the clubhouse bar: the nineteenth hole (the spot where players gather once the eighteenth is done). So we think of our bars as a sweeter nineteenth hole. They suit outings, ladies' days, weddings and member nights. Plus, good golf course event entertainment gives non-golfers a reason to come early and stay late.

Golf Course Event Entertainment, Beyond the Scorecard
A day at the club often has two halves. First comes golf, with tee times, carts and a shotgun start (every group teeing off at once from a different hole). Then everyone heads inside for dinner, prizes for the winning foursome and a long, happy dinner hour. However, not every guest plays. Spouses, clients and friends often arrive for the evening, so the second half needs its own draw.
That is where golf course event entertainment earns its place. Our perfume bar gives guests something to do with their hands while scores are tallied. Meanwhile, the Lip Lab and candy cart keep a cocktail hour lively without adding noise. Because every guest leaves with a bottle or a jar, the evening also ends with a gift.
Golf courses are not all alike, of course. Some clubhouses have a grand ballroom; others have a cozy grill room and a terrace with a view of the eighteenth green. So we start by asking where your event will be, how guests will flow and when the room turns from golf to dinner. Then we fit our golf course event entertainment to the space, not the other way around.
Bars That Work as Golf Course Event Entertainment
Choose one bar or pair a few. Each one sets up on a table, a luxury counter or a candy cart, so it fits a clubhouse of any size.
Custom Perfume Bar
Guests blend an eau de parfum from absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils at our mobile perfume bar. For a full outing dinner, the Signature format moves 85 to 100 guests an hour.
Luxury Lip Lab
At the Lip Lab, guests mix a lip gloss or lip color in a shade all their own. It shines at a ladies' day lunch or a bridal shower in the clubhouse.
Luxury Candy Bar
Our Luxury Candy Bar rolls in on a candy cart, which looks right at home beside a putting green. Guests fill a bag on the way to their cars.
Skincare Bar
For a wellness morning or a spa-style ladies' day, the skincare bar offers custom skincare made fresh for your event.
Digital Photo Booth
With the Digital Photo Booth, golfers and guests download and share photos on their phones right away. Afterward, the host gets a link to the full gallery.
Event Ideas for the Clubhouse
Here are three member event ideas that clubs and hosts love. Each one is a starting point for golf course event entertainment, so we shape it around your day.
Gifts for the golf outing
A golf outing (a charity or company tournament, usually with dinner after) often includes a tee gift (the welcome gift each player gets at check-in). Instead, try a gift guests make. A custom perfume or cologne makes golf outing gifts people actually keep.
A ladies' day to remember
For a ladies day golf event, set a Lip Lab or perfume bar on the terrace for after the round. Then add the candy cart for a sweet finish. It is a gentle, social way to close the day.
Weddings on the green
A country club wedding has beautiful views, so place the perfume bar where guests can see the course at cocktail hour. Custom labels with the couple's names are a paid add-on, ordered at booking. See more on wedding perfume bars.
Load-In, Setup and Clubhouse Logistics
Club event staff often ask how golf course event entertainment arrives and where it sets up. Here is how it usually works, so the day runs smoothly for everyone.
Load-in timing
Load-in is the time and route vendors use to bring equipment into a venue. Our team arrives one hour early to set up. So we confirm the loading door and timing with the club's event staff ahead of the day.
Tables and linens
We bring linens for our bars. The club provides tables, or we bring them for $30 each. Many hosts dress the tables to match the club's colors or the event theme.
Club rules come first
Every club sets its own rules for outside vendors. So please check your club's outside-vendor policy before booking. Then we follow it closely on the day.
Indoors or out
Covered terraces and tents work well in fair weather. Still, we like a backup spot indoors, because Chicagoland weather can turn quickly by the eighteenth hole.
Pricing Golf Course Event Entertainment
Adult perfume bars start at $500, and we quote per event rather than per guest. Your final quote then depends on the bars you choose, the hours and the guest count. We reply to every inquiry within 2 business days.

Two studios
Visit Our Studio Before Your Club Event
Our first studio opens in Mokena in January 2027, at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. Club event staff and hosts can walk in or book an appointment to make perfume or lip color. That way, you can try the bar before you offer it to members.
The studio party room holds up to 40 guests, with a kitchen so groups can bring their own food. For larger events, we come to your golf course instead. Next, a second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028.

From Tee Time to Teardown
Tell us about the day
Share the club, the date, the guest count and when golf ends. Then we suggest the bars and the timing.
Confirm with the club
Next, we coordinate load-in and placement with the club's event staff, following their outside-vendor policy.
We set up early
On the day, our team arrives one hour early with linens, so the bars are ready before the first cart rolls in.
Guests create, we pack
Finally, guests blend and mix through the evening. After the last bottle is capped, we pack up quietly.
Questions About Golf Course Event Entertainment
Have you worked at golf clubs before?
Yes. We've set up at Rolling Green, a golf club in the Arlington Heights area. We also set up at many luxury hotels across Chicagoland.
Can you set up on a terrace or patio?
Often, yes, if the club allows it and the space is covered. We still like an indoor backup, because weather can change quickly.
What makes a good golf outing gift?
A bottle of perfume or cologne that each guest blends is a gift they keep. For larger outings, the Signature format moves 85 to 100 guests an hour.
Can you match the club's colors?
Yes. We bring our own linens, and hosts often dress the tables to match the club or the event theme.
Do you work with the club's event staff?
Always. We confirm load-in, placement and timing with them ahead of the day, and we follow the club's outside-vendor policy.
Do you provide food, music or the bar service?
No. The club handles food and drinks, and your own vendors handle music. We bring the beauty and fragrance bars.
Is there a program for clubs that book often?
Yes. Clubs that book four or more events a year can join our partner program. Ask us for details.
Do you travel to clubs outside Chicagoland?
Yes. We have teams in Milwaukee and Indianapolis, so we can come to golf courses there as well.
