Corporate perfume bars start at $500 and are quoted per event, rather than per guest. As a result, your quote reflects guest count, bar style, staffing, hours, and any custom labels.
We arrive with the bar, linens, displays, and signage, and our team arrives one hour before your first guest. Then we host every guest and, afterward, pack out cleanly.
Travel within our core service radius is included, and anything beyond it is itemized in your proposal. We also send an itemized proposal within two business days. After that, a 50% deposit holds your date.

Can you bring a perfume bar into a Merchandise Mart showroom?
Yes. Our bars need about 12 by 6 feet and set up on tables, a counter, or our candy cart, so they fit most showrooms. We coordinate building access and timing with you before the event.
Can you match a lip shade to our brand color for a launch?
In most cases, yes. Send your color code or a sample at booking, so we can mix a shade to match. Custom labels with your logo need about four weeks.
Do you work rooftop events in River North?
