About Glitters and Grace
A few words about Glitters and Grace: we bring hands-on beauty experiences to your celebration. Guests blend perfume, mix lip color, make skincare and build bath soaks, then take home what they made. Bridal showers, weddings, birthdays, corporate events and pop-ups all fit.
Everything starts with real training. Our founder is a perfumer and formulator, and our products are made by hand in our New Lenox, Illinois lab.

Meet the perfumer behind Glitters and Grace
Cheryl Gleason is the Owner, Perfumer and Creative Director of Glitters and Grace. She is a trained perfumer and a cosmetic and skincare formulator. She studied perfumery with master perfumer and educator Karen Gilbert and at the Institute for Art and Olfaction in Los Angeles, and she keeps learning through workshops, classes and retreats around the world.
That training shapes every bar we bring. Our perfumes are built from absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils. In plain words, these are the concentrated natural extracts perfumers use. Our fragrance experiences use IFRA-compliant ingredients, meaning they follow the safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association.

Every detail matters. Our setups are designed to delight, teach and empower guests of every age.
What we bring to your event
Our mobile setups are designed for hands-on creativity, with age-appropriate options for younger guests. We style each one to match your theme.
The Perfume Bar
Three formats: the Signature bar with up to 12 house scents, the Mini blending bar with 60+ materials, and the Full blending bar with 120+. Every guest leaves with an eau de parfum, a perfume-strength spray. Compare the perfume bars
The Lip Lab
Guests mix a soft lip cream or a high-shine gloss from a 16-shade swatch board, poured and packaged on the spot. Ages 5 and up. See the Lip Lab
The Skincare Bar
Guests make a facial moisturizer, body butter, lotion and scrub from about 40 oils, butters and extracts, guided by trained formulators and estheticians.
The Bath Salt Bar
A custom bath soak from salts, botanicals and fragrance, plus a hand-made bath bomb. It runs without power. See the bath bar
The Candy Bar
Premium sweets in glass apothecary jars on our two candy carts, styled to your palette.
Photo Booths
We own two digital photo booths, and they pair well with every other station.
Weekends are our busy season
Most Saturdays need six to eight weeks, and May, September, December and weddings need longer. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.
What we believe about a good party
Where you will find us
Chicagoland is our home base, and we also serve greater Milwaukee and the Indianapolis metro. There are no travel fees within those three areas. Larger events beyond them are quoted in advance. Browse every town we serve.
Our studio at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107 in Mokena opens in January 2027. It will have a private party room for up to 40 guests, already dressed in decor, fabrics and florals. Until then, we come to you.
How booking works
- Share the basics. Send your date, venue, rough guest count and occasion through the booking form.
- Get your proposal. We reply within two business days with an itemized proposal. There is no charge and no obligation.
- Sign and set your count. After you sign, your guest count can go up but not down, so book your lowest expected count.
- Meet your team. A week before your event, you receive your host details and arrival time.
- Celebrate. We arrive one hour before start time to set up, host every guest, then pack out and clean up.
