How mobile parties in Northwest Indiana come together
A mobile party is a hosted station, or a few of them, that we bring to your space. You pick the stations. We bring the station signage, materials and packaging, arrive one hour before your start time, and pack out when the last guest is done. Linens, lace and customized signage are available as add-ons.
Across Northwest Indiana, we set up in finished basements, backyard tents, banquet halls, church halls, restaurant private rooms and offices. A long kitchen island works for a small group. A banquet hall can hold three stations side by side. Tell us the room, and we will plan around it.
Most hosts mix and match. A perfume bar for the grown-ups, a candy cart for everyone, and a photo booth by the door is a favorite combination for a milestone birthday or a family shower.
Pick one hands-on station as the star, then add a fast station like the candy cart. Guests never wait long, and nobody leaves empty-handed.

Bath & Body Bar
Guests build a custom bath soak from salts, botanicals and fragrance, plus a hand-made bath bomb. It moves quickly and runs without power, so it works in a backyard tent. See the bath bar
Skincare Bar
Guests make a facial moisturizer, body butter, lotion and scrub with about 40 oils, butters and extracts. Best for 20 guests or fewer, so it suits a shower or a ladies' night. See the skincare bar
Luxury Lip Lab
Guests mix a soft lip cream or a high-shine gloss from a 16-shade swatch board, poured and packaged on the spot. Ages 5 and up love it.
Luxury Candy Bar

Digital Photo Booth

Saturdays fill first
Most Saturdays need six to eight weeks. May, September and December need longer, and so do weddings. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We have a large team of hosts and can often fit you in on short notice.

How booking works
- Share the basics. Send your date, venue, rough guest count and occasion through the booking form.
- Get your proposal. We reply within two business days with an itemized proposal. There is no charge and no obligation.
- Sign and set your count. After you sign, your guest count can go up but not down, so book your lowest expected count.
- Meet your team. A week before the party, you receive your host details and arrival time.
- Enjoy the party. We arrive one hour before start time to set up, host every guest, then pack out and clean up.

How much do mobile parties cost?

Can we book more than one station?
Yes. Many hosts pair a hands-on station with the candy cart or a photo booth. We scale hosts and stations to your guest count.
What does our venue need to provide?
Your venue provides tables, or we bring them at $30 each. Linens are available as an add-on. The bath bar runs without power.
What bottle sizes come with the perfume bar?
We offer 15 ml and 20 ml bottles. Each one holds an eau de parfum, the only product the perfume bar makes.
