Because Northwest Indiana event venues vary so much, we keep our bars flexible. Any perfume bar format can sit on a simple table, on a luxury counter, or on one of our candy carts. So a long banquet room gets a long, elegant bar. Likewise, a cozy living room gets a compact one that still feels special.
We are a mobile company based in Mokena, Illinois, so we come to the place you choose, if your venue allows outside vendors. That way, your event stays rooted where you want it, and our team simply adds the beauty and fragrance experience.

Arrival
Our team arrives one hour early to set up. So we ask your venue for its load-in window and the best door to use.
Tables and linens
We bring linens. Meanwhile, the client or venue provides tables, or we bring them for $30 each.
Outside vendor rules
Some halls keep a preferred vendor list (the short list of outside vendors a venue recommends to its clients). Others are more flexible. Either way, check your venue's outside-vendor policy before you book.
Placement
We work best near the flow of guests but clear of the dance floor. Your event staff can tell us the spot that suits the room.

Custom Perfume Bar
Guests blend an eau de parfum from absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils, all mixed by hand in our New Lenox lab. Blending bars move about 50 guests an hour.

At the Lip Lab, guests mix a lip gloss or lip color in their own shade. Usually, 2 to 3 hosts serve about 100 guests in roughly 3 hours.

A shoreline wedding favor
Many couples marry near the lake, so a fresh base makes a natural start. This kind of Valparaiso wedding entertainment doubles as the favor. Custom labels with your names are a paid add-on, ordered at booking.
A hall-sized bridal shower
A Crown Point bridal shower in a banquet room often draws a big guest list. So a Signature bar, with up to 12 house scents, keeps the line moving at 85 to 100 guests an hour.
A team night that feels personal

Two studios
Our Studio Near the Region
Our first studio opens in Mokena in January 2027, at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. Its party room holds up to 40 guests, and a kitchen lets families bring their own food. Adults may also bring their own drinks to the party room.
Guests can walk in or book an appointment to make perfume or lip color. Later, a second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028. Meanwhile, groups larger than 40 get a mobile event at their own venue in Indiana.

Adult perfume bars start at $500, and we quote each event as a whole rather than per guest. Then your number reflects the bars, the hours and the guest count. We reply to every inquiry within 2 business days.

How a Booking Comes Together
Send the basics
Share your date, town, venue name and guest count. Also tell us what kind of party you are planning.
Confirm with your venue
Next, check your venue's outside-vendor policy and load-in timing. We are happy to talk with your event staff, too.
We set up early
On the day, our women-led team arrives one hour ahead with linens and every bar supply.
Guests create, we pack
Finally, guests blend and mix through the party. After the last bottle is capped, we pack out quietly.

Do you travel to Northwest Indiana?
Yes. We travel from our Mokena base to towns such as Valparaiso, Crown Point, Munster and Chesterton. Just share your address when you inquire.
Which time zone should our timeline use?
Lake and Porter counties run on Central Time, the same as Chicago. So the schedule we confirm matches your venue's clock.
Can you set up at a banquet hall?
Yes, if your venue allows outside vendors. Many hosts in Merrillville and Schererville book halls, and our bars fit a long table well.
Is there a perfume bar for small home parties?
Yes. A Mini blending bar has 60+ fragrance materials, yet it fits on a single table in a dining room.
What goes into the perfume?
Absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils, blended by hand in our New Lenox lab. Every bottle leaves as an eau de parfum spray.
I manage a venue. Can we work together?
Yes. Our venue partner program pays an 11% commission to partners who book four or more events a year. Other perks exist, so ask us for details.
