A cocktail hour on the Magnificent Mile, a client dinner in River North, a milestone birthday in a Lincoln Park three-flat: each needs an activity that feels as polished as the room. A custom fragrance bar does that, because every guest walks away with something they made, not something they were handed.
Our bar is built on real perfumery materials, including absolutes, CO2 extracts and essential oils, the same building blocks fine-fragrance houses use. An absolute is a concentrated aromatic extracted from flowers like jasmine or rose. Guests smell, choose, layer and bottle a finished eau de parfum, a concentrated perfume that lasts on skin, while our team keeps the line moving.
Downtown hotels have their own docks, freight elevators and timing rules. Send your venue contact and we coordinate load-in directly, then provide a certificate of insurance naming the venue when it asks.

Do you work with downtown Chicago hotels and their loading docks?
Yes. We load in through hotel docks and freight elevators. Send us your event manager’s contact, and we coordinate timing and provide a certificate of insurance naming the hotel.
What is a custom fragrance bar?
It is a hosted station where each guest smells real perfumery materials, chooses notes and bottles a finished eau de parfum, guided by our team. It takes about 1.5 to 2 hours for a full group.
Can you set up in a Lincoln Park or Gold Coast home?
Yes. Most homes have room for it. We need about 12 by 6 feet and two 6-foot tables, and we can bring tables if needed.
Which Chicago neighborhoods do you serve?
All of them, from the Gold Coast, Streeterville and River North to the West Loop, Lincoln Park, Lakeview and the South Side, with no travel fees.
Can our bottles carry our company or wedding logo?
Yes. Custom labels are a paid add-on, ordered at booking, about 4 weeks ahead.
How much does a custom fragrance bar cost in Chicago?
Adult perfume bars start at around $500, and every event is quoted individually based on guest count and timing.
