Corporate perfume bars start at $500 and are quoted per event, rather than per guest. As a result, your quote reflects guest count, bar style, staffing, hours, and any custom labels.
We arrive with the bar, linens, displays, and signage, and our team arrives one hour before your first guest. Then we host every guest and, afterward, pack out cleanly.
Travel within our core service radius is included, and anything beyond it is itemized in your proposal. We also send an itemized proposal within two business days. After that, a 50% deposit holds your date.

Yes. We plan setup around your show's exhibitor manual and the venue's dock schedule, and we also bring everything the bar needs.
Can fly-in guests take the perfume home on the plane?
Our event bottles are small sprays. Tell us your guests are flying, and we will confirm the bottle size against TSA's 3.4-ounce carry-on limit before your event.
Can you host the reception at our O'Hare hotel the same day?
Yes. We can staff your booth during show hours and then move to a hotel reception, or send a second team.
