The Party After the Milestone: Bat Mitzvah Celebrations in Carmel
A bat mitzvah party in Carmel celebrates a girl who has just marked a big milestone. A bat mitzvah is a Jewish coming-of-age moment for girls, usually at 12 or 13.
Our role is simple. We bring stations for the party that follows, never for the service itself. So the day stays meaningful, and the evening gets fun.
Stations for the Celebration
Pick what fits your crowd and your venue. Each station below serves teens and adults alike.

Custom Perfume Bar
The Signature bar serves 85 to 100 guests an hour, from up to 12 house scents you choose. For a smaller group, the Full bar offers 120+ fragrances to blend.

Luxury Candy Bar
Our candy carts and apothecary jars are styled to the party. Also, we discuss kosher candy and other guidelines before we source anything.

Luxury Lip Lab
Our Lip Lab lets teens mix a gloss or a velvety lip cream. Two to three hosts serve about 100 guests over three hours, so the line keeps moving.

A digital photo booth catches cousins, friends and grandparents together. Later, those photos join the family album.

Glitter and Glow Station
Glitter and glitter body spray add sparkle before the dancing. It's a quick teen activity between courses.

Mini-Facials
For a small Sunday gathering, licensed estheticians offer short, gentle mini-facials. Moms can join, too.

Skincare Bar
The skincare bar fits a group of about 20 or fewer. Each guest makes a scrub or body butter, then scents it.

Bath and Body Bar
Bath salts and a handmade bath bomb become take-home favors. Since no water is needed, any hall works.

Classes and Consultations
After the party, a fragrance consultation can capture her scent for good. Unlike event bars, it records her formula.
Learn morePlanning a Bat Mitzvah Party in Carmel Around Shabbat
The first planning question is Shabbat, which lasts from Friday sundown until Saturday nightfall. Because of that, many families hold the party on Saturday night after it ends, or on Sunday. So we time setup around when Shabbat ends.
The crowd is usually mixed. Teens fill the dance floor, while grandparents and aunts look for something to do between courses. That's why a perfume bar works so well here: every age can join, and nobody feels left out.
Candy matters too. When families follow dietary guidelines, such as kosher candy, we talk through what we can source. Then we style the jars in her colors. However, we never promise certification, so we plan it together with you.

Bat Mitzvah Party Venues We Come To
We come to the rooms Carmel families rent for a bat mitzvah party. Tell us the venue, and we'll plan around it.
Hotel ballrooms
Large ballrooms handle a big family crowd. Also, we send certificates of insurance when venues ask.
Banquet and event halls
A rented hall leaves room for a DJ, dinner and two stations. Usually 12 by 6 feet covers our setup.
Community and social halls
Many families book a hall for Sunday. Then we set up around the tables.
Homes for smaller gatherings
A Sunday open house at home suits a Mini bar on one table. So the party feels close.
Bat Mitzvah Party Ideas for Carmel Families
Each idea fits the evening after the milestone. Of course, her favorite colors lead.
Stars After Sundown
Since many parties start after Shabbat ends, lean into the night sky. Then pair navy linens, silver glitter and a soft musk blend.
Her Name in a Bottle
Custom labels with her name are a paid add-on, ordered at booking. They take about 4 weeks, so plan early.
Roundabout Brunch
Carmel is known for its roundabouts, so go round: round tables, round candy jars and round bottles. Then a fresh floral base suits a Sunday brunch.
Bat Mitzvah Party Pricing in Carmel
Kids and teen parties start at $475 as a base for up to 8 guests. Most bat mitzvah parties are larger, so your itemized proposal comes within 2 business days. Then a 50% deposit holds your date.

Two studios
Studios in Illinois, Celebrations in Carmel
Our Mokena, Illinois studio opens in January 2027. It offers walk-ins and appointments for perfume and lip color, plus a party room for up to 40 with a kitchen and BYOB for adults.
Then a second studio is planned for Chicago, opening in late 2028. Since both are in Illinois, our Indianapolis team brings the bat mitzvah party to your Carmel venue. Also, any group over 40 is always served on site. See the studio page for news.

The Bat Mitzvah Calendar
Shabbat ends early, so Saturday parties can start in the early evening.
Many families celebrate in spring. Then weekends book fast, so reach out early.
Long days push Saturday parties later. Sunday parties make sense, too.
After the fall holidays, the calendar opens up again for celebrations.
