The In-Between Years, Celebrated in Zionsville
A tween party in Zionsville is built for ages 9 to 12, that stretch when unicorn cakes feel babyish but prom is still years off. So we hand these kids real tools, real choices and a healthy dose of glitter.
Fourth, fifth and sixth graders want to be trusted. That's why every station lets them run the show, while our team quietly keeps things on track.

What Nine-to-Twelve-Year-Olds Actually Want
Ask a ten-year-old what makes a party good, and you'll hear the same answer. She wants to pick things herself. Colors, names, labels, the order of stations: tweens care about all of it.
Energy at any tween party runs high, too. A glow party with shimmer spray burns off the first wave of excitement. After that, the bath bomb table settles everyone, because packing a mold takes focus and patience.
Guests at a tween party in Zionsville often grew up on the same streets and sports teams. As a result, the guest list often feels like a reunion. Meanwhile, younger brothers and sisters drift in and want a turn.
Tween Party Themes Around Zionsville
These themes suit ages 9 to 12 and borrow a little from home. Even so, her taste wins every time.
Galaxy Glow
Deep purple linens, silver sparkle and a starry candy cart feel bold. Then guests mix a shimmery gloss to match.
Fall Break Fizz
October's fall break opens a weekday afternoon. So try pumpkin-colored bath bombs and a cinnamon-sugar candy jar.
Creek Walk, Then Glitter
Spend the morning on the trails by Eagle Creek. Afterward, head home to dry off and sparkle up.
Stations Built for Upper Elementary Energy
Most tween groups choose two or three stations. Then we tune each one for kids who love to make and show off.

Glitter and Glow Station
Glitter and Glow comes first for most tweens, since it turns the room into an instant glow party. Shimmer spray and loose sparkle do the rest.

Fall break in October gives families a weekday option. So those afternoons book quickly.
Snow pushes everyone indoors. Warm vanilla scents and fizzing bath bombs suit the cold.
Spring break frees up a few weekdays. Meanwhile, Saturday slots disappear early.
Long evenings invite backyard parties. However, perfume always stays in the shade.
Where Tweens Like to Gather
Our team travels to whatever room the kids claim. Usually a corner around 12 by 6 feet is enough.
Upstairs bonus rooms
Bonus rooms over the garage feel like a secret clubhouse to tweens. Consequently, the party starts the moment they climb the stairs.
Dining room tables
A long dining table makes an instant workbench. We drape it in our own linens first.
Rec rooms
Lower-level rec rooms soak up the noise of a glow party. Also, parents can retreat upstairs.
Subdivision clubhouses
When a whole class is invited, a clubhouse helps. Then the glitter stays far from your couch.

Two studios
Studio News for Zionsville Tweens
January 2027 brings our Mokena, Illinois studio at 19060 Everett Blvd, Suite 107. Families can reserve a time to make perfume or lip color, or stop in whenever the staff can fit them. There's also a party room for 40, a kitchen for pizza, and BYOB for parents.
Chicago follows with a second studio in late 2028. Because both are in Illinois, Zionsville tweens celebrate at home while our Indianapolis area team does the driving. For updates, visit the studio page.
